You’ll be staying in a 2-room apartment on the first floor that sleeps up to 4 people and measures approximately 45 m². The vacation apartment features a bedroom with a bunk bed, a living/sleeping area with a double bed, a separate dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a shower/toilet, a south-west-facing terrace, a cable LCD TV, a parking space in front of the building.



The Residenz Haus Essen is a modern vacation apartment complex on the edge of the Duhner Heide. The beach and the center of Cuxhaven-Duhnen are just a few minutes’ walk away. Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. On Sundays and holidays, check-in and check-out are from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
