In this cozy vacation rental, you can unwind after an exciting day at the beach and relax on the south-facing balcony. This comfortably furnished, 3-room, non-smoking vacation rental is located in a quiet area right in the heart of Cuxhaven-Duhnen.
The vacation rental is on the first floor of the Seeland vacation apartment complex and is accessible only via a staircase.
The vacation rental features two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living area.
A small entryway provides access to the kitchen and the small bedroom with two single beds. Another internal staircase leads to the attic, which features a living room, a bedroom, and a shower room.
The spacious living area is equipped with a dining area, two sofas, a TV, Wi-Fi, and exterior blinds. From the living area, you have direct access to the south-facing balcony, which is perfect for relaxing. The large bedroom features a double bed. Storage space and exterior blinds.

The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
Please note that this vacation rental does not have a designated parking space. You can find parking in the surrounding side streets. Pets and smoking are not permitted in this apartment.

The balcony faces south.

Check-in is available daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. — return keys to the rental office or via the communal mailbox.
