Delightful independent country house in Costa Smeralda; it has 3 bedrooms and 2

bathrooms, lounge and kitchen. The house is lovingly maintained by the owners.

The house is on one level, comfortable and airy. The atmosphere is typical of Gallura

homes. A beautiful terrace faces east on the rocky slopes and on the silent

surrounding valley.

The location is convenient and centrally located with respect to all the neighbouring towns of Costa Smeralda.

The pleasant town of San Pantaleo, the seaside resorts of Baia Sardinia and

Cannigione, Arzachena with services and the Nuragic area, Porto Cervo with the

sparkling boutiques and the beautiful Marina. The enchanting and most renowned

beaches of the coast, everything can be reached in a few minutes of driving. In short,

a nice range of places to visit. The closest beach to the house is Cala dei Ginepri, it

opens onto the Gulf of Cannigione and Baia Sardinia. Very nice to enjoy unforgettable

sunsets or the cooler hours of the morning, it is about 4 km away from the house.

There is A/C in the living room. The homeowners live in the same house but in the lower part and only share the main entrance outside.

The city tax is for a max of 7 nights.
