Residence Medemsand - MED-2.11

The Medemsand Residence is a modern vacation apartment complex in a quiet setting on the edge of the Duhner Heide. The beach and the center of Cuxhaven-Duhnen are just a few minutes’ walk away. Recreational amenities: Finnish sauna (for a fee); children’s playground; table tennis room and swimming pool at the neighboring Haus Rotesand (included); steam room at the neighboring Haus Knechtsand (for a fee); bike rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Beach chair rentals at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM:



MED-2.11:

You’ll be staying in a 3-room apartment for up to 4 people, measuring approx. 42 m², on the first floor. Living room with a comfortable couch, LCD TV, Blu-ray player, various games, and books. Separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and oven. One bedroom with a double bed and an LCD TV, one bedroom with a single bed (which can be extended to accommodate a second person at the same height if needed). Shower/toilet, balcony. The apartment has high-speed internet access.
The following items are available for you in the basement storage room belonging to the apartment: beach/sand toys, wind/privacy screens, beach mats, a beach shelter, a picnic basket and blanket, a foldable handcart, table tennis accessories, and various outdoor games.
Two bicycles can be stored free of charge in the private basement.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
