You’ll be staying in a 2-room apartment for up to 4 people, approximately 46 m², on the first floor of a 3-story building.

The apartment is bright, cozy, and furnished in a contemporary style.

Bedroom: Bed (sleeping area 200 cm x 200 cm, comfortable height, open foot end, ample closet space for up to 4 people, LED flat-screen TV), with a safe for valuables, very good blackout curtains
Living room: Seating area with a comfortable double sofa bed (sleeping surface: 90 cm x 210 cm as a single bed or 180 cm x 210 cm as a double bed; sleeping height = seating height), LED TV (flat-screen), radio (with CD player, USB playback, and DVD player for the TV), separate dining area, excellent blackout curtains
Kitchen area: with refrigerator (3-star freezer compartment), ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, additional Tassimo coffee maker
Bathroom: with toilet, shower, hair dryer
Carpeted bedroom; living room and hallway have hard flooring
All beds, mattresses, and the sleeper sofa are also suitable for people with allergies.

A balcony with seating for up to 4 people and a parking space in the underground garage are available.
You can take the elevator down to the basement (sauna and swimming pool are free of charge; the laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer costs 2€ each, payable in 50-cent coins).



Our Residenz Passat is a beautifully situated vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Döse. It’s only about 150 meters to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 52 vacation apartments for 1–6 people.
Recreational amenities: Children’s playground, indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, and Finnish sauna included.

Parking space on the parking deck or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (max. clearance height 1.85 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
