There's a particular kind of trip that's hard to pull off — the one where a large group of people can actually feel at home. Where no one's fighting for a bathroom, the kitchen can actually handle a group dinner, and the vibe stays elevated without feeling stiff. Silver Peak Lodge is built for exactly that.

Set in Park City's Silver Creek Village neighborhood with open ski run and mountain views rolling out in every direction, this 3,859-square-foot mountain contemporary home sits just ten to fifteen minutes from Main Street Park City, Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley — close enough to make the most of it, far enough to feel like a true retreat.

Inside, the open-concept main level sets the tone. Soaring vaulted ceilings, wide-plank wood floors, and a gas fireplace anchor the living space, while the chef's kitchen — outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a generous island, breakfast bar, and a stocked pantry — makes cooking for a crowd genuinely enjoyable rather than a production. The dining area flows naturally into the living room, so the whole group stays connected whether someone's cooking, catching up, or just watching the mountains change color through the windows.

Six bedrooms sleep large groups with ease. Five of them are king suites — four with private ensuite baths, including a primary suite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower — and the sixth is a dedicated bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks and a queen-over-queen bunk, ideal for younger guests or groups of friends seeking flexible sleeping arrangements. Every bedroom has bathroom access.

Downstairs, the dedicated game room earns its keep: foosball, shuffleboard, a large sectional, and a flat-screen TV make it the kind of space people wander into for twenty minutes and don't leave for two hours. And when the group is ready to take it outside, the private hot tub delivers — mountain and ski run views, open sky, and the kind of quiet that reminds you why you came to Park City in the first place.

Summer or winter, the location holds up. In the colder months, world-class skiing at Park City Mountain and Deer Valley is a short drive away.

When the snow melts, Park City pivots seamlessly — hiking and mountain biking trails, the Utah Olympic Park, Kimball Arts Festival, and one of the most charming main streets in the Mountain West are all within easy reach. Salt Lake City's airport is less than an hour away, making logistics straightforward even for guests flying in from across the country.

Parking Details:
- Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. No parking in the alley, street, or in front of garages. If additional parking is needed, please use the open parking on Gamble Oak Way and walk to the home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
