Dear Guests,

Our modern and comfortable vacation apartment No. 8, located in a beautiful Frisian house at Vogelsand 135, is situated in the spa district of Cuxhaven-Döse, just about 300 m from the sandy beach.
The apartment is on the first floor and features a parking space for your car right in front of the house, as well as a southwest-facing balcony where a beach chair and a seating area (table with four armchairs) complete with a parasol invite you to relax.

The entire apartment has stone tile flooring.
In the entryway, you’ll find a wall cabinet containing, among other things, an ironing board, an iron, a clothes drying rack, and a children’s step stool.
The exclusive bathroom features a shower, toilet, LED-lit mirror, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, and more.
The large bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with two separate mattresses in a tandem cover, a wall cabinet with drawers and a clothes rod, and a flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) with a single continuous mattress, a closet, and a small sitting/play area.
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a convection oven with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, and various small kitchen appliances such as a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. There is an ample supply of dishes and glasses.
The dining area consists of four cantilever chairs and a table.
The charm of the living area is enhanced not only by a brick fireplace with a fireplace insert and glass door, but also by a comfortable leather sofa and two cantilever armchairs. A flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a CD player, and a DVD player are available for your use.

Free in-home internet/Wi-Fi with download speeds of 100 Mbit/s and cable TV.

A private garage for bicycles and e-bikes is available for this apartment.

Shopping and restaurants (see the information folder in the apartment) are located in the immediate vicinity.

Our Residenz Vogelsand is a beautiful vacation apartment complex consisting of an apartment building with 12 units and 3 separate Frisian-style houses, each with 4 units, located in Cuxhaven-Dose. It’s only about 200 meters to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 24 vacation apartments for 1–4 people, each with 2 separate bedrooms. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building.
Recreational amenities: game room with table tennis, foosball, and ball pit; children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at one of the largest seawater wave pools, the Thalassozentrum ahoi! in the nearby district of Duhnen.

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded). Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
