It is safe and easy but not touristy.

We’re just a 5-minute walk from the vans to Cancun and Tulum, and 12 minutes walking from the ADO tourist terminal. It’s an easy walk to the beach and 5th Avenue, and we're close to Paseo del Carmen, the shopping and restaurant plaza at the south end of 5th Avenue, right next to the Cozumel Pier.

This ground-floor apartment features two twin beds and a separate living area with a sofa and Smart TV. The full kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs, and the fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi makes this an ideal choice for digital nomads. Guests also have access to the shared rooftop lounge from 8 AM to 10 PM, where you can relax in hammocks or cool off in the shallow wading pool.

Your arrival is designed to be seamless with 24-hour self-check-in starting at 3 PM; simply use your provided entry code to access the condo immediately upon arrival. For your convenience, free street parking is available, and 5-gallon jugs of drinking water can be purchased on-site for 50 pesos ($3 USD).

While the unit is clean and prepared for your arrival, please note that daily housekeeping and linen changes are not included in the standard rate. However, extra cleaning services, fresh towels, or sheet changes can be easily arranged for an additional fee. This practical, secure building is located 7 blocks from the beach, offering a quiet local feel with easy access to the city's main attractions.

From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. Taxis are also easy to get from this central location.

Check in is 24 hours, after 3pm on your first day of rental. You will have a code and let yourself into your condo (provided in our arrival instructions) as soon as you arrive. No waiting for anyone!

We sell 5 gallon tanks of drinking water for 50 pesos or $3 USD.

Free street parking is available.

Rooftop hours are 8am - 10pm

Additionally, extra services such as cleaning, extra towels, and changing of sheets or towels are not included but can be arranged for an additional charge upon request.
