It sits on 28 partially wooded acres with 2 aerated ponds. One stocked with fish, 2 kayaks and a 4-seat paddle boat, 15 acres of wooded hiking trails, huge grassy areas for picnics, baseball and other sports, 3 electric bikes and a golf cart.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with Queen bed and attached full bath for those who don’t like stairs. On the second floor there are 2 huge master bedrooms with balconies and attached bathrooms.

Kids will love the full and twin log cabin beds situated in a 3rd floor loft with its own TV.

The hidden room features a huge bedroom with a king-sized bed, one queen sofa bed, one twin sofa bed, and one twin murphy bed. This room has a sitting area with sofa beds, a big screen TV, and two balconies. Stairs from this room lead down to the garage, so it offers a private entrance and exit. From the garage you can also access the basement with a large laundry room, a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and a steam wrinkle remover, along with a microwave oven and sink.

Recreation area features a high ceiling walk out basement with a huge bar, barstools, a large screen TV, a table and chairs, swivel chairs and a sofa couch with a TV projector and 10-foot screen, electric dart board. There are also a full bath and a huge bedroom with mirrored closets and 2 queen beds.

Events & Gatherings Policy
To preserve the comfort of our home and respect for our neighbors, we do not allow events, parties, or gatherings that exceed the number of registered guests on the reservation (max capacity of 20 people).

All visitors must be included in your booking, and the total number of people on the property at any time may not exceed our maximum guest count. Unauthorized events or additional guests are not permitted.

We also do not allow structures such as temporary outdoor dining tents to be installed on the property.
