PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS FOR MORE INFORMATION FROM OUR PAST GUESTS. THIS IS A GREAT HOUSE FOR FAMILIES, GOLF WEEKENDS, WINTER GETAWAYS OR FOR THOSE THAT JUST WANT A RELAXING STAY WITH A MEMORABLE LAKE LIFE ATMOSPHERE.

This 4,500 sq. ft. home has five large bedrooms on three levels permit guests a sense of privacy while just steps away from the 1000 sq. ft. LR/DR with 55" smart TV and wood burning fireplace, the picturesque sun porch with 43" smart TV, and large deck with Weber grill, outdoor heater, lounge area and outdoor covered dining area.

On the main level, you will find the large primary suite with king bed, walk-in closet, and large master bathroom. The main level also includes the LR/DR, spacious kitchen and pantry, sun porch and a full bathroom.

Located on the upper level is a family favorite - the custom-built nautically themed bunk room that sleeps four and provides an area for younger guests to play games or just relax. All beds are adult sized. Just in case. We have plenty of children's toys, books and games available, so you can leave yours at home.

The lower level offers three additional spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom with two queen beds and large walk-in closet, a second bedroom with a queen bed and walk-out access and a third bedroom with a king-sized bed.

From it's large glass entry foyer to the striking 25 ft. wood ceilings, this is a family home that has been designed to entertain and build plenty of great memories!

ABBEY SPRINGS

Abbey Springs is a private gated "residential resort" consisting of 400+ upscale homes and town homes on 300 acres surrounding the Abbey Springs Golf Course.

Our large Clubhouse and activity center houses an Olympic-sized indoor pool and hot tub, locker rooms, an outdoor pool and separate kid's swim area, a newly renovated fitness center, the Abbey Springs pro shop, and an arcade / game room with a ping pong table, pool table, air hockey table and plenty of video games for kids of all ages.

The Abbey Springs Clubhouse also offers four outdoor clay tennis courts with group and/or private lessons available as well as three pickle ball courts.

The Grille, which overlooks the golf course grounds, is a great dining option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner with friends or family.

A quick five minute golf cart ride (2x golf carts included with stay) from the house is the Abbey Springs lakefront area, which includes our 600' private sand beach area, lakefront marina, basketball court, sand volleyball court, two bocce courts, playground and picnic area, our casual outdoor restaurant, Below Deck, and our lakefront fine dining Yacht Club restaurant with live entertainment and acclaimed cuisine.

Watch the sunset from your table enjoying a memorable meal or grab a drink from the Yacht Club bar and sit by the outdoor fire pits.

Lake Geneva is one of the largest and cleanest lakes in the Midwest and has a long history of being a much needed getaway for anyone looking to enjoy the relaxed lake life atmosphere.

Enjoy the beach and golf in summer, the incredible views and colors of Autumn, the pristine beauty of Winter, and the welcome sight of flowers in Spring. This property is great for family gatherings, small executive retreats, golf groups, or those who just want all of the amenities of a 5 star resort in a residential setting.

*On-site parking is available for a maximum of 5 vehicles (Additional parking available at the Rec Center parking lot).

*Please note that the Abbey Springs HOA will not grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the legal occupancy of your rental home, which in this case is 12.

*Please note golf carts are available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Use is not guaranteed outside of these dates. Must be 18 years or older with valid driver’s license to operate.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed including lots of toys/games (all ages). We have been in many home rentals and this one by far exceeded all of them. The home was very warm and inviting, decorated beautifully. Very well stocked with everything you would need, truly home away from home. Also has a very nice rec center and clubhouse. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We will be back and also sharing the information with family and friends.

My friends said this was their favorite rental property ever!We were a group of 9 20-30 YOs and loved the place.We’ve stayed at properties that have literally nothing and came over prepared. Kim is such a fantastic host and thought of everything! They had kitchen supplies, spices, coffee and tea fixing, golf carts, games, outdoor sporting supplies, a fire pit. It was truly so well thought out and a beautiful space!We also got to see plenty of deer in the sun room and having breakfast with everyone and driving into explore town was such a blast.We absolutely could not recommend this space more! We slept in the master and it was so great. Friends who slept in other rooms had no complaints.Everything was very clean and well kept.

Short stay for work

We viewed this property online and it looked updated and in a nice area. We were pleasantly surprised to find it very comfortable, modern and roomy. This area is near the water and looks like it would be a great place in the summer. The owner was extremely helpful, offered super easy check-in and was never intrusive. Great rental.

Lovely house to stay!

Stayed for a long weekend in the winter and enjoyed the large space and beautiful views. GREAT House in Lake Geneva!

Perfect location in Abbey Springs with access to all amenities. The house is very clean and well maintained. Kim thought of everything and there are so many great touches. We had our entire extended family there and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely be back!

The BEST House for a weekend getaway in Wisconsin!

We spent a weekend here in December to celebrate our dads 80th birthday. There were four families all staying under one roof and this house was the perfect spot for all of us. Upon entry, everybody was immediately impressed with the overall layout of the house and the modern look and amenities. I spent a lot of time looking for a house for this celebration and I have to say, this house blew me away. It far exceeded the online photos (which looked nice to begin with)!!! We hired a chef to cook dinner one night and the kitchen was full stocked with everything you could imagine. Not only did they have all the necessary pots/pans but also a huge selection of dishes, glassware and paper goods for us to use. The bedrooms were large and beautiful and the bathrooms were incredible. As a reference, we travel often and stay in upscale hotels and this house was as nice as anywhere we've stayed before! Kim, the host, was super responsive to our minor requests. You can tell that her highest priority is making sure her guests are happy. We were not able to take advantage of many of the amazing amenities at Abbey Springs but just knowing they were available to us was great. We 100% would use these facilities if were were visiting in the spring/summer. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are looking for a beautiful, modern home in the picturesque lake town of Fontana. Our family cannot wait to go back again.

Exceeded all our expectations

In well over 50 VRBO stays (beginning when VRBO wasn't an acronym!!) I've been fortunate to never had a bad stay. Without question, some were better than others, but I spend hours and hours researching before choosing and don't want unpleasant surprises. I knew this home would be a good choice for my wife and me, our three adult children, our 6-year-old grandson and 3 dogs, but everyone of us, including the dogs, loved everything about it. We all thought it was the best house rental we've ever had. It was absolutely spotlessly clean. The rooms were exactly as described; actually much nicer than expected. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful; I only wish it hadn't been so cold during our stay that we couldn't enjoy it more (that goes for the very nice yard and deck as well). That said, if we had to be cooped up together, at least we were cooped up together in a spacious, well-appointed, beautiful home. We (actually I should say "they") cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner there and the kitchen had everything we needed. That's really rare. The appliances were all top notch (as the head dishwasher, I want to send a special shout-out to the Bosch dishwasher that spotlessly cleaned very dirty dishes). Kim is the perfect host. She answered all my questions before we got there very quickly (often in seconds!). Since everything was perfectly in order, we had little need to ask her much while we were there. I can't give a better review!!

Lovely home for multi-generational family

House was impeccable and well-stocked, from pantry staples to paper products to kitchen necessities to bathroom towels and amenities. There was plenty of room for kids to play and adults to relax. Kitchen is large with everything you need to cook. Clubhouse pool was perfect for all, and we were just a short drive to the lakeshore path. Owner/manager was helpful and easily reachable.

4th of July family getaway

We enjoyed being all together for the Fourth of July holiday and all the comforts of a home away from home. The house was very well stocked and comfortable. Having 2 golf carts was definitely a plus and a must with the home being located up a steep hill. Loved the use of the amenities and the beach front and lakeshore path was a huge plus. The men enjoyed an easy to arrange round of golf. Thank you for opening your home for our family get away!

Winter Getaway

This property was amazing! More than enough room for my husband and me and my son and daughter in law and my three grandchildren. Ages of my grandchildren are 12, 9, and 7. Had so much fun in the game room and loved the bunk room. House was stocked with kitchen equipment and bathrooms were extremely clean and well stocked. No snow but area full of fun indoor activities including the indoor pool in the clubhouse. Would definitely stay again!!

My husband and I have a beautiful 7-year-old son, Jackson, and two rambunctious Goldendoodles, Westin and Madison. Both my husband and I have memories of family trips to Lake Geneva when we were growing up, and we wanted to give our family that same lake life experience - fishing, boating, swimming, and enjoying the outdoors.

We chose to stay at this property as VRBO renters in the Fall of 2019. We had been looking for properties in the Abbey Springs community for some time as we have a number of friends with homes in the area and had heard such great things about the amenities and overall lake-life experience.

As soon as we stepped foot into the home with it's tall ceilings, fireplace, large deck area, sun porch, and picturesque views of the course and lake, we knew it would be a great fit for our family.
