Guests will enjoy two pleasant bedrooms, featuring one queen bed and 4 twin beds, along with two bathrooms for added convenience. The space stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or planning your next adventure, this enchanting condo offers a brilliant blend of comfort and ease. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. 1.5 short blocks from the beach. Next to Amusement Park/WaterPark. Ocean-view balcony. Tennis courts, outdoor pool, hot tub, and BBQ common area. TV in LR & both bdrms with cable. DVD player in LR. Full kitchen equipped with coffee maker! Washer/Dryer in unit! Bdrm w/ twin beds have a mattress under each bed that pulls out. All electric, no gas! Only one car allowed on premises. There is one free parking space on property. A seven-day visitor parking pass is available for $50 from the Lanier Parking Office in the Pavilion Parking Garage, Ninth Avenue North at Kings Highway.  The pass is good for seven consecutive days at all paid public parking area, but not in "decal only" parking areas.

The week before arriving, we will messgae you checkin info and the code to enter the condo for the week. No key needed! Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only:) Must be at least 25 years old to rent. No Senior Week rentals. Thank you!
We provide one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Guests will need to provide their own paper amenites and soaps for the week.
