The beach and promenade are nearby and easily accessible in just a few minutes on foot.

First floor:
Large living room with 3 sofas (1 with a pull-out bed), a Danish fireplace, TV, dining area for 8 people, and access to the patio and fenced-in garden.

Adjacent to this is the spacious kitchen.

Upper floor:

Here you’ll find 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a closet.

Additionally, there is a small separate bedroom with two single beds. And another bedroom with single beds, a sofa, a coffee table, and a TV.

In the basement of the house are two living areas belonging to the owner, which have a separate entrance on the side of the house.

The house is located near the beach.
Outside, there is a sauna available for a fee (1.00 € per token).
There is a fireplace in the living area, so you can enjoy a cozy atmosphere even on colder days.
