This newly renovated, pink-and-white dream home is professionally decorated from top to bottom, creating a bold, feminine, and completely photo-worthy space that feels like your own private boutique stay. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is set for champagne toasts, getting-ready moments, and unforgettable weekends with your favorite people.



With 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, the home is thoughtfully designed for both connection and comfort across three beautifully styled levels. The first floor features a welcoming living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen that flows seamlessly for hosting, snacking, and late-night chats. You’ll also find a full hall bathroom with a walk-in shower, a laundry room, and a serene king bedroom with direct access to the back porch, perfect for quiet morning coffee before the day begins.



Upstairs on the second floor, two spacious bedrooms each feature a king bed plus two twin beds, making them ideal for group stays without sacrificing comfort. Both bedrooms include private ensuites with walk-in showers and their own balconies one overlooking 30A and the other facing the community giving everyone their own little slice of indoor-outdoor living.



The third floor is where the experience truly comes to life. Designed with bachelorette weekends in mind, this level features a statement floral wall with a neon sign, creating the ultimate backdrop for photos and celebrations. A dedicated makeup station, with lighted mirrors for three, makes getting ready together feel effortless and elevated. The large third-floor deck overlooking 30A sets the scene for sunset cocktails and golden-hour memories. The fourth bedroom is also located on this level, offering a luxurious king suite with an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and private balcony access facing the community.

PARKING

Three parking spaces available (3 driveway). Overflow available throughout the community first come first serve. Passes are required which will be provided by Seacrest security.

SEACREST BEACH COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

Seacrest Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is a private beach and just 2 blocks away is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water. When you re ready to take a break from the pool and beach be sure to visit Peddlers Pavilion. Peddlers Pavilion is located in Seacrest Beach and is a collection of fun and unique businesses. Here you will find boutiques offering coastal attire to handmade jewelry. There are also some great local spots for dining. For additional entertainment shopping, dining and local events, take the Scenic 30A bike path to nearby Rosemary Beach, Florida.

*Seacrest Beach does not allow golf cart rentals.



AMENITY ACCESS

In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.



BEACH ACCESS

Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.



HOUSE RULES

*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.

*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.

*No parties or events.

*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no wifi, or slow wifi.

*No pets allowed.



IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".
