This is a basement apartment located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with beautiful views. Perfect stop to rest close to Zion National park, Sand Hollow State Park and the new Jellystone Water Park!

The space is a living area, 3 bedrooms(one queen bed/one king bed/two twin beds). A kitchen with a small dinning area, a hallway desk, and a bathroom. And additionally a theater room with ample seating! Please note you will not have washer and dryer access unless specifically requested and approved.

This is a basement dwelling and our family does reside in the upper two levels. We will do our very best to keep quiet during the day but guarantee silent hours during the night.
