The ground floor offers a cozy 2BR/1BA with full kitchen, living area with futon, outdoor seating, and BBQ. Upstairs, the main home spans three floors with 7BR/3.5BA, central A/C, and plenty of parking. Enjoy the wraparound porch and a private tanning deck off the master with ocean views. Just 1 block to the beach (right across from the beach block), perfect for large groups.

Unit 2 – Main Home (1st, 2nd & 3rd Floors | 7BR / 3.5BA)

Living & Dining:
Enter through the expansive wraparound front porch—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, you’ll find multiple gathering spaces including a lounge area, a comfortable living room with sofa and TV, and a large formal dining room ideal for group meals.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain, with plenty of space to prepare meals for the whole group. A half bath and washer/dryer are also located on this level.

Bedrooms & Layout:
2nd Floor: Spacious master suite with king bed and a private tanning deck featuring direct ocean views and outdoor seating—one of the best spots in the house. Two additional bedrooms (one queen, one full).
3rd Floor: Four more bedrooms including one king, one queen, one full, and one with two twins—perfect for accommodating larger groups comfortably.

Outdoor Space
Enjoy multiple outdoor areas including the wraparound front porch on the 1st floor, and a spacious tanning deck off the master bedroom with ocean views! Parking for 3+ vehicles, plus an outdoor shower—perfect after a day at the beach.

Location Perks
Situated just one block from the beach (right off the beach block), the home offers easy access to the sand and surf, along with ocean views from the master deck. Walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions on Ventnor Ave.

Just your clothes—everything else is taken care of. Host House provides beach chairs, beach towels, fresh linens, bath towels, and essential toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You’ll also find kitchen essentials such as dish and laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and more.

Listing Transit:
The area is very walkable and bike-friendly, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and public transportation is accessible as well.

Listing Notes:
PARKING: The private driveway can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles. Two street parking permits are provided for additional free street parking nearby.

TVs: All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

MULIT UNIT BLDG: This listing is inclusive of two two separate units. The first floor unit is accessed from the ground floor and includes 2BRs/1BA, and the second floor unit is 7BR/3.5BA. There are no other units on the property and you’ll have the entire home to yourself.

STAIRS: 2 stairs down required for ground floor unit. Approx. 8 stairs to reach the 1st floor, 10-12 stairs to access the 2nd and 3rd floors

HVAC: The ground floor unit is heated with central heat, and window units in each room for air conditioning. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors are heated and cooled with a central air system.

PET POLICY: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
