The house has 4 levels:

1. Ground Level: This floor features two bedrooms— bedroom #7 with a king bed and bedroom #5 with a queen bed. You'll also find a game room with a pool table, a full bathroom, a convenient kitchenette, and a laundry room. This level provides access to both the backyard and the street, making it a versatile and accessible space.

2. Parlor Level: The heart of the home, this floor includes the main living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room and guest bedroom #9. It also offers access to the back porch and front porch with an ocean view, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze.

3. Second Floor: There are three bedrooms on this level. The master bedroom (bedroom #1) has a king bed and its own private full bathroom. Two additional queen bedrooms are also on this floor - #2 and #8. Bedroom #2 includes a full-size crib for little ones. A shared full bathroom is available for the other two rooms.

4. Third Floor: This top level has three more bedrooms — # 3 with a king bed and a full over full bunk bed, #6 with a king bed and #4 with a queen bed. A shared full bathroom serves this floor.
