Only guests included on the reservation are allowed at the property unless approved in advance. (No surprise sleepovers—we like to keep things predictable.)

The fireplace is decorative only and not available for guest use (we wish it was as cozy as it looks, too—but safety first!).

We love a good time too—but this is a quiet, residential neighborhood. Parties, large gatherings, and events are not permitted.
