• No smoking inside the apartment
• Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas (if applicable)
• A $200 fee may apply for odor removal if smoking occurs indoors

• Please keep the space clean and tidy
• Do not leave food exposed to avoid insects
• Trash should be disposed in front

• Please turn off A/C and lights when leaving the apartment
• Help us conserve energy on the island as it's very Expensive and limited.

Damages & Missing Items

• Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear
• Any missing or damaged items may be charged through VRBO
