1. Respect the Space
Treat the house and everything in it with care. If you wouldn’t do it in your own home, don’t do it here.

2. Clean Up After Yourself
Wash dishes after use
Wipe down surfaces
Don’t leave personal items in shared areas
Leave things as you found them (or better).

3. Quiet Hours
Keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM – 7 AM. Be mindful of others at all times.

4. Guests
Guests are welcome, but don’t overdo it
Overnight stays should be cleared in advance
You’re responsible for your guests’ behavior

5. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. Use designated outdoor areas only.

7. Trash & Recycling
Take out trash when it’s full. Please make sure all trash is bagged before placing it into the receptacles. Not doing so could cause an extra cleaning fee to be applied.

8. Safety First
Lock doors and windows when leaving
Turn off appliances when not in use
Report anything broken or unsafe immediately

9. Pets- Allowed with a pet fee.
