The Space:
Check-in is simple and contactless using a secure lockbox. Before arrival, you’ll receive your personalized access code.
The property is located inside a private floating home community with gated entry. Your GPS will guide you to a large parking area, where an evening security gate helps provide a safe and secure environment for guests.

• 🛥️ Houseboating – Lake Cumberland is often called the “Houseboat Capital of the World,” with many visitors spending several days living on the water.
• 🎣 Fishing – Excellent for striped bass, largemouth and smallmouth bass, crappie, walleye, catfish, and bluegill. A Kentucky fishing license is required.
• 🏄 Water skiing and wakeboarding – Wide open sections of the lake make it a favorite for tow sports.
• 🌊 Tubing – One of the most popular family activities behind pontoons and ski boats.
• 🚤 Jet skiing (PWC) – Personal watercraft are permitted throughout most of the lake.
• 🛶 Kayaking and canoeing – Quiet coves are ideal for paddling and wildlife viewing.
• 🏄♀️ Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) – Calm mornings are especially good for paddleboarding.
• 🏊 Swimming – There are designated swimming beaches as well as many secluded coves. Swim only in safe areas, as many locations do not have lifeguards.
• 🏕️ Shoreline camping – Certain shoreline areas managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers allow primitive camping, making boat-in camping a unique experience.
• 🥾 Hiking – Trails around the lake offer scenic overlooks, forests, and wildlife.
• 🦅 Wildlife watching and photography – Bald eagles, deer, wild turkeys, and many water birds can often be seen around the lake.
• 🌅 Sunset cruising – A favorite way to enjoy the lake without participating in watersports.
Visit Pulaski County Park, which has a family-friendly swimming area, picnic shelters, playgrounds, and hiking trails.
Then take a short drive to Cumberland Falls State Resort Park, known as the “Niagara of the South.” You can:
• Hike to scenic overlooks
• Watch the waterfall
• Go rafting or kayaking on the river (seasonally)
• Look for the rare moonbow if you’re visiting around a full moon.
Fishing and sightseeing:
Try an early morning fishing trip for striped bass or smallmouth bass.
Later, visit one of the marinas for lunch and enjoy the waterfront atmosphere:
