Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom / 2-bath townhome at the Prominence neighborhood across from the Big Chill. The charming space features a master king bed, a queen bunk bed, (which includes a full-sized trundle bed), and is perfect for families or friends traveling together.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home, featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and a convenient breakfast bar. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or a full dinner, the adjoining dining area provides a welcoming space to gather.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Expect soft linens, quality mattresses, and plenty of storage. Depending on your group, the home comfortably accommodates families or couples with a mix of king/queen beds and additional sleeping options. Guests can enjoy a restful night’s sleep in a calm, beach-inspired setting.

The bathrooms are clean, modern, and well-appointed with fresh towels and essential toiletries. Spacious vanities and walk-in showers (or tub/shower combos) make it easy for everyone to get ready for the day or rinse off after the beach.

This was a really fun vacation for our family! Our kids loved the bikes and easy access to the beach. We were pleasantly surprised with the “Big Chill” across the road from the subdivision. The shopping, food, and events were an added bonus! The bungalow was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was a 10/10 and we would highly recommend!

We loved this place so much! We loved the neighborhood it was in and how close it was to great shops, restaurants and some beach access! It was immaculate and couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our week at the beach! Chris was a great host and was very responsive to us on any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

We’re a family of 5 from Murfreesboro, Tennessee—Chris, my wife Carrie, and our three kids: Olivia, Garrison, and our youngest, Rosemary (yes, she’s named after beautiful Rosemary Beach!). We’ve been visiting 30A for many years, and after more than 13 years of owning and hosting a nearby condo, we were ready for a larger space that better fit our family—and one we could continue sharing with guests looking for a memorable beach getaway.

We chose The Prominence for its unbeatable location between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, along with its relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. One of our favorite things about staying here is the ability to walk over to The Big Chill for great food, live music, and a fun, casual environment for all ages. We also love biking along the scenic Timpoochee Trail, exploring the charming beach communities along 30A, and of course spending as much time as possible on the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches and in the clear Gulf waters.

While we enjoy being a short drive from Panama City Beach, we especially appreciate coming back to the quieter, more laid-back feel of the Prominence community at the end of the day. It truly offers the best balance of convenience and relaxation.

As your host, I take a hands-on approach and personally manage every aspect of the property. With over 13 years of hosting experience and a 9.8/10 rating across 119 reviews from our previous VRBO property at Gulf Place Cabanas 110 in Santa Rosa Beach, I understand what makes a stay exceptional. We focus heavily on cleanliness, comfort, and organization, and we’re constantly making thoughtful updates and improvements to ensure the home feels fresh, welcoming, and well-cared for.

Nestled along Florida’s iconic Scenic Highway 30A, the Prominence community offers the perfect blend of coastal charm, convenience, and a laid-back atmosphere that keeps guests coming back year after year. The neighborhood itself is beautifully maintained, with a clean, coastal feel and thoughtfully designed spaces that make it easy to unwind. One of the true highlights is being just a short walk from The Big Chill—a vibrant gathering spot offering a variety of restaurants, outdoor dining, live music, and entertainment for all ages. It’s the kind of place where you can grab a casual dinner, enjoy a drink under the lights, and let the kids play while you soak in the atmosphere.

Prominence also features two exceptional community pools that guests love. The large, centrally located North Pool is a zero-entry, resort-style pool that is seasonally heated—perfect for families and a great option year-round. The South Pool offers a quieter, more laid-back setting, ideal for relaxing afternoons when you want to unwind in a more peaceful environment.

Beach days are, of course, at the heart of any 30A stay. The nearby access points lead you to the area’s famous sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf waters—perfect for long, relaxing days in the sun. Whether you prefer a peaceful morning walk along the shoreline or a full day of swimming and soaking up the sun, the beaches here never disappoint.

What makes this location especially appealing is its central position between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. You can easily explore both communities, each offering its own unique charm, from boutique shopping and local eateries to picturesque architecture and lively town centers.

Despite being close to so much, Prominence maintains a quieter, more relaxed pace than some of the busier 30A destinations.

As a rare corner/end unit in the newer Phase 4 section, the home offers added privacy, more natural light, and one of the most desirable settings in the community—backing up to a peaceful wooded state park rather than another row of homes. It’s a quieter, more scenic backdrop that you’ll notice immediately.

Inside, the space feels open, bright, and welcoming thanks to soaring 10–12 ft coffered ceilings, crown molding, and a wall of windows and double 8-foot French doors that lead out to a full-length private balcony. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the balcony is a favorite spot for taking in both sunrises and sunsets in a calm, natural setting.

The kitchen is another standout feature, designed with both style and function in mind. You’ll find granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, a glass tile backsplash, and a semi-custom glass vent hood, along with high-end Electrolux stainless steel appliances and a 5-burner gas cooktop—perfect for guests who enjoy cooking or entertaining. Every detail, down to the upgraded cabinetry with soft-close hardware, adds to a more refined and comfortable experience.
