Our beach home is located in Cassine Village, a lovely community in Seagrove Beach right across from the ocean on 30-A. It’s just a short walk to the beach with easy access. The neighborhood amenities include 2 pools, 2 tennis courts with pickle ball, a nature trail, a private lake with fishing and picnic areas, and a basketball goal. There’s always something to do in Cassine!

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, his & her closets, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a flat-screen TV, and it offers private access to the second full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a larger flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray/DVD player.

The kitchen, dining area, and family room are a wide-open space to enjoy some downtime and relax. There are French doors separating this area from the bedrooms. The family room has a large flat-screen TV with Blu-ray/DVD player. There is also a queen sleeper sofa with a second full sized sofa for plenty of seating. The dining area offers a fun bistro-style table with seating for six, and the breakfast bar has another four barstools to seat a total of ten. The kitchen is stocked with granite countertops, stainless appliances, large pantry, tons of cabinet space, and all the chef's tools you need to enjoy a nice meal after a full day at the beach.

A large screened in porch in back faces the wooded area surrounding the private community lake. It has a comfy pit group sofa & coffee table, along with another bistro-style table with seating for four. It’s a wonderful place to sit and relax, read, enjoy a cup of coffee, or play games with the family. Just off of the screened porch is a patio area with another table for four, and a large four-burner grill for cooking all the fresh seafood you want. This is all in addition to the cozy front porch with seating for four.

Other amenities include free wifi, washer/dryer, beach chairs & umbrellas, a trellis to shade your car, and a large outdoor storage closet for storing any of your other beach stuff or bicycles.

Seaside Beach is an easy bike ride, as well as the Publix grocery, Tom Thumb, and many restaurants. 'Goatfeathers' is across the street from the neighborhood for some fantastic fresh seafood. The entrance to Cassine has a Mexican restaurant, a pizza place, an ice cream shop, and a shop for beach toys and other items.
