Beach Mansion is an exclusive residential community in Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour. Offering a luxurious private-island lifestyle, the development features direct beach access, scenic waterfront views, and an adjacent park for outdoor leisure. Its prime location places you just minutes from some of Dubai’s top destinations:

Palm Jumeirah – 2.3 km
Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) – 2.3 km
Dubai Marina – 2.4 km

Enjoy the perfect blend of tranquility and city convenience, with world-class attractions and vibrant dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby.

➡ Cars/Taxis: Personal vehicles are the primary mode of transport, with easy access to major arterial roads. Taxis are readily available for transport to nearby hubs.

➡ Metro & Tram: Dubai Internet City Metro Station (Red Line) is about 10 minutes away. The Dubai Tram connects to Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina.

Providing your approximate arrival time is essential to ensure access to the property, as in person check-ins are now mandatory. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards

• Any additional cleaning services mid-stay will incur an extra charge/fee.
• Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests want a late checkout, depending on availability, there will be an additional charge.
• Any last-minute extensions will incur additional charges for cleaning cancellation.
• Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of 500 AED per card.
• We are a holiday home not a hotel.

House Rules:

***Important Check-in Information***
Providing your approximate arrival time is essential to ensure access to the property, as check-in is conducted in person. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, so please plan to arrive within this timeframe. Arrivals after midnight will incur a fee of 150AED.

1. No smoking inside the house. There is a penalty of AED 3,000 for smoking inside the unit as it damages our furniture and leaves smoke odours which is difficult to remove.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. We require a photocopy of a valid government-issued Identification (such as a passport, Emirates ID, or GCC ID card) for registration before check-in. This information will be collected on our online check-in and rental agreement forms.
4. It is forbidden to host additional people not declared upon reservation.
5. Please note that any additional requests or services such as mid-stay cleanings will incur an extra charge/fee.
6. The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.
7. Guests are reminded to look after their valuables (wallets, jewellery, mobile phones, laptops, passports,
etc.). ARABNB will not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings.
8. Please handle keys and access cards with care. Any damage or loss will be subject to a charge of 500 AED
9. NO REFUND will be given on ANY unused days of booking if the guest chooses to check out earlier than their booking period.
10. Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
