The Space
This unique property sits on a massive, fully fenced double lot, offering a level of privacy and outdoor space rarely found this close to the city. While the home is located within a classic Tampa mobile home community, once you step inside the gates, you are in a private resort.

Indoor Living:
-Open Concept: A bright, modern interior with woodlook floors and plenty of natural light.
-Fully Equipped Kitchen: Large island with bar seating, stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need for group meals.
-Entertainment: A foosball table inside and a smart TV in each room.

Sleeping Arrangements: 3 comfortable bedrooms (Sleeps 7).

The Outdoor Oasis:
-Massive Private Pool: A huge sparkling pool surrounded by a large paver patio and plenty of lounge chairs.
-The Covered Lounge: A massive covered patio featuring an air hockey table, comfortable sectional seating, an outdoor TV, and bar-style seating.
-Firepit Area: Adirondack chairs surrounding a stone firepit—perfect for Florida evenings.
-Outdoor Full Bath: No need to track water inside; there is a full third bathroom located conveniently outside by the pool area.

-Requirements: All events must be pre-approved by the host.
-Insurance: Guests are required to obtain and provide proof of event insurance. Please message us for details before booking if you plan to host a gathering

This home is located in a mobile home park community. While the neighborhood is modest, our property is a fully renovated, high-end private lot with top-tier amenities. If you are looking for a luxury gated suburb, this might not be the fit—but if you want an incredible private pool, tons of games, and a location minutes from the Casino and Amphitheatre, you will not find a better spot!
Welcome! We’re excited to host you. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we want everyone — guests, neighbors, and us — to have a great experience. By booking, you and all guests agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in fines, extra cleaning/damage fees, or immediate removal without refund.
1. Quiet Hours – STRICTLY ENFORCED
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM daily
Zero noise that can be heard outside the unit — no music, loud talking, TV, or slamming doors.
Outdoor areas (patio, balcony, etc.) must be quiet during quiet hours.
If the guests are too loud and disrupt the property, this can result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund.
2. Parking – DRIVEWAY ONLY
Street parking is strictly prohibited.
All vehicles MUST park in the driveway only. Max 4 vehicles.
3. No Parties unless previously approved
Absolutely NO parties or gatherings unless previously approved.
If there is any sign of a party (unless previously approved), this can result in a cancellation of the reservation without any refund and any additional cleaning fees.
4. No Smoking or Drugs
Non-smoking property
Evidence of any smoking inside the unit or use of drugs = $500 fine + full deodorization/cleaning costs.
5. No pets allowed
Any evidence of pets = $250 fee + possible removal.
6. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM sharp
Late check-out without prior approval: – $100 for 1 hour – Full nightly rate after 1 hour
After 10:00 PM check-in? Text estimated arrival time at least 2 hours in advance and text again once you’ve arrived safely.
7. Security & Monitoring
Outdoor Ring/doorbell cameras are active 24/7 for safety and compliance.
No indoor cameras in living spaces.
8. Damage, Missing Items & Personal Belongings
You are 100% responsible for any damage or missing items.
Report accidents immediately
Host is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
9. Owner’s Property
All furniture, décor, grills, etc. must stay inside the unit or on the property.
Bicycles may be used off-property; everything else stays here.
10. Treat It Like Your Own Home
This is a residential building. Respect neighbors’ privacy and peace at all times.
Keep walkways clear, don’t slam doors, and be courteous.
11. Local Laws & Fines
You agree to follow all city ordinances (noise, parking, trash, occupancy).
Any fines issued to us will be passed to you + $100 admin fee.
12. Host Availability
We’re here for you 24/7 via text or app.
Issues after 10:00 PM may be handled the next morning unless it’s an emergency (flood, fire, lockout).
FINAL AGREEMENT
By booking this property, every guest confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all House Rules above. No exceptions. Violation of any rule gives us the right to terminate the stay immediately, retain all payments, and charge additional fees.
