The check in process was very easy. The host was very nice. Any concerns I had I did let the host know he was very nice about it. One of the biggest issues for me was I should have checked the location which that was on me. If you have multiple people staying with you might want to think about carpooling since there isn’t much room for lots of cars. Luckily for us we just had 1 big truck and a small suv.

Dylan was an excellent host! Responsive, open to accommodations, and everything else you’d want. The property is exactly as described with plenty of space for a group on the main level, and you can retreat to your own space on the second.

•Trash: The outside bin was overflowing, with no other place to dispose of garbage.•Outdoor areas: The hot tub water was murky, and the backyard appeared neglected, with very long grass and weeds throughout.•Privacy: The primary suite's balcony door had no curtains, so the room was visible from outside at all hours.•Comfort: The beds were very uncomfortable and had insufficient bedding.•Condition: There were scuff marks on the walls.We contacted the owner and tried to resolve things before leaving this review. We were told pest control couldn't come until Monday and that trash pickup isn't until Tuesday. No solution was offered during our stay.Given the pest issues and the overall condition of the property, we would not recommend it.

10/10 would definitely recommend and choose this property again when returning to the area. The directions to the home and checkin process were a breeze. Everything we needed to know relative to our stay was clearly communicated. The cleanliness of the home was impeccable, the beds were comfy, and the bedside side charging ports were a nice added touch. The kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything one would need, and there was plenty of space to accommodate our party and for everyone to sleep comfortably. If there was one critique, it would be regarding the landscaping/lawn. The driveway parking space was a little tight with us having a larger vehicle, so when attempting to park our vehicles side by side, there was concern with opening the vehicle doors and feeling like we were stepping into the shrubs/bushes along the driveway. We also did not explore the backyard as the grass needed cutting. I want to be clear though that I suspect that the rain played a factor as it rained every single day that we were there. Just from a few observations, such as the debris in the surrounding ditches, we could tell that the neighborhood may have been a little rough, but nevertheless, we felt safe at all times and it did not discount our love for the property itself. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Dylan made sure we felt welcomed and that everything went smoothly. Again, we would definitely choose this property in the future when seeking accommodations in Houston.

This house has been beautifully remodeled and was extremely clean. Communication with the host was fast and very helpful. I even had a last minute request on the check out date and they responded immediately and helped me out. Please note the game room is in the garage which does not air conditioning. The garage part is included in the listing but I made the mistake of thinking the garage was a remodeled room (my fault, not the hosts!). So that’s just something to keep in mind if the game room is very important to you in the hot TX summer sun. The hot tub was clean and worked well. All the bedrooms have fans and TVs. The front door being on the side of the house behind a locked gate gave us an extra feeling of security which is important anywhere near the arena. It was super easy and fast to get to the NRG stadium from this rental. Overall we thought the house was great and would book again.

Great location, close to stadiums, medical district, and H‑E‑B. Beds were comfortable, extra blanket were provided. Host was very responsive, and friendly. Easy booking and check in. Room for a larger group with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Nice starter package of items in the home. Would definitely stay here again.
