This spacious three-bedroom home in Brussels is a great choice for families and groups looking for a comfortable place to stay. With two king beds, and two queen beds, a sofa bed in the living room and a trundle bed in the sunroom. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The sunroom offers an extra space to unwind, with a comfortable couch that is perfect for reading, visiting, or enjoying the view.

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for larger groups, with the space and essentials needed to prepare meals and gather together easily. Inside, you’ll also find two full bathrooms with showers and hair dryers, plus comfortable living space to relax after a day of exploring.

Lovely property overall. We booked for a long family weekend with 6 adults and it was quite comfortable. The pictures and descriptions fit the property well. The little neighborhood is nice and quiet- perfect for a relaxing get away. Steve was great with communications and the check in process was very smooth. It was a quick drive up to Sturgeon Bay and the surrounding small towns up the peninsula.

Amazing views of Lake Michigan from the living room, well set up kitchen and bedrooms. And if you like peace and quiet evenings, this location can’t be beat. We recommend this home highly and look forward to returning next year!

Cozy Shore was exactly as advertised. Property was clean and larger than the pictures show. Lots of space. Big Bedrooms. large living, dining and kitchen area along with bonus room. Well stocked kitchen. Everyone had their own space and all on one level. View was perfect. Stayed 4-nights and was able to catch two perfect sunsets on the bay from the giant backyard right on the lake. Very quiet area and easy to get to. We are ready to book again soon.The host Steve communicated well before, during and after our trip. Great host!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Shore house during a long 4th of July weekend. The property is on a quiet street with very nice neighbors, private lake access and a magnificent view of the sunset. The house was clean and extremely well stocked with towels and bedding, kitchen supplies and firewood. The AC was able to keep up with hot July temperatures and large, west facing windows. If you feel like getting out of the house, you’re around 20 minutes from Sturgeon Bay’s restaurants, bars and brewery. We highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a quiet vacation in Door County.

The home is very spacious, family room and the views were amazing. This room was our family’s favorite. Bedrooms were very spacious. The amenities that were made available or more than generous. Plenty of towels, shampoo, cleaning supplies etc. very appreciative for the washer and dryer. The only issues we really had were with the water softener that was not working properly, It had an error code, which we tried to unplug and restart per instructions, which to no avail did not bring it back to life. There was also ants in the family room, we did find ant bait in the laundry room. Last but not least we were not able to bbq due to the grate was completely rusted. We tried aluminum foil, just wasn’t the same. We did bring up all our concerns to the owner and they offered us a refund to relocate, due to being so unhappy. All we wanted was someone to come out and make any necessary repairs on the water softener, like any normal person would. We weren’t looking to move rush out. How do you relocate a family of five with two dogs, so late in the game. The water was extremely cloudy and fizzy. If I was able to download photos, I would’ve loved to. Now we had to purchase gallons of water, as well as more drinking water. We didn’t want to take a chance consuming this water for coffee or given to the dogs, etc., I also felt the dishwasher was probably older than myself. There were noticeably large rust stains within the hardware. I also wanted to mention that the shoreline does not r

Lucia, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad your family enjoyed the spacious home, beautiful views, bedrooms, and amenities. Our home is on a private well, and while the water is safe, well water can sometimes have a different appearance, odor, or mineral content than municipal water. Based on your feedback, we’ve added this information directly to our Vrbo listing so future guests are aware before booking. Regarding the water softener, we were notified of the error code but were not asked to send a technician. Had we been asked, we certainly would have explored that option. When it became clear you were unhappy with several aspects of your stay, we offered a full refund if you preferred to relocate, and we understood your decision to stay. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you still enjoyed the home, views, and amenities and rated your stay 8/10.

We had a great time at cozy shore! We spent most of our time outside in the yard which was spacious and the dog loved swimming and fetching in the water!
