ABOUT THE HOUSE

Mario's Mini Mansion is a fully custom, cleverly disguised 1970s A-frame that looks like a simple gray house from the outside… but inside, it’s pure Nintendo-inspired nostalgia!

Perfect for families, gamers, or couples who want a cozy, themed escape that feels like stepping into a Mario game.

We LOVE to host locals who want an affordable family staycation WITHOUT the expense of the theme parks. Mario's Mini Mansion was designed to be a vacation destination by itself, NOT just a place to sleep. It's a new era for vacation rentals and we're proud to be leading the way <3

KITCHEN & DINING

Compact but surprisingly capable modern kitchen perfect for 2–5 people.

It’s not a huge "gourmet chef" kitchen, but it’s excellent for easy vacation meals, snacks, and desserts.

Yoshi’s Fort (kids’ bedroom) – Pure magic!

+ Plenty of luggage space

Loft Master Bedroom (up the fun spiral staircase or back entrance stairs)

+ Secret back entrance for late-night arrivals or early coffee runs
+ Sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably.

!! We take full inventory after every stay. Please don’t let anything “walk away.” Missing items will be charged. We’re happy to send links so you can buy your own instead!

!! One bathroom – but it’s fabulous and well-designed for quick turnover.

!! Pricing already reflects all discounts. We keep rates fair and accessible while honoring the custom theming and upgrades.

GUEST ACCESS

There's a gate at the front with an entry code you'll receive on your check-in day.

After passing through the gate, follow the winding road past the clubhouse, shuffleboard courts, playground, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, and pool.

Make a right when you see a sign for "Horseshoe Bend." Follow that short street to Mario's Mini Mansion directly ahead of you. There is a reserved parking spot just for you right in front of it. You will receive your entry code for the front door about 30 minutes before check-in (3:00pm) unless early check-in arrangements are made.

There is a pool/laundry room key hanging near the front door, and a "clicker" for the front and back security gate (so you don't need to use the access code) -- be sure to leave these items behind when you check out to avoid being charged for replacement. They pool key is $100 to replace, and the clicker is $150 to replace. We purchase them from the HOA.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

I'm a local gal who was raised in Central Florida. There's a guidebook in the Mini Mansion with my recommendations on the best places to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner; off-the-beaten path activities, beaches, wineries, and more. If you're looking for something specific, feel free to reach out and ask! I'd love to help.

Checkout is 11 AM unless pre-approved in advance. Late checkout accommodations are subject to availability and prior approval. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged to the guest at a half-day rate.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property (even on the screened patio). If a guest is found to be smoking at or in the property, the guest will be charged a minimum of $500 for damages.
