Great stay

Lovely place to stay with my family! There was a small issue with the pump on the hot tub but was fixed in a timely manner and our host was very responsive. My kids loved the pool!

Perfect for our family

The house and neighborhood were amazing! We stayed here for a cheer competition and the location was perfect for us. Amir was great to work with and we had a wonderful time!!

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay near all the theme parks. The pool and spa were great after a long day at the parks. Plenty of space in the house and very kid friendly. My family had such a great time. Would definitely stay here again. ❤️

Great stay

We stayed for two nights, six people age range 22-58! The house was easy to find, had great communication with owner. Pool and hot tub were amazing after a day in universal. Couch I living room could be updated…not too comfy… We cooked one night and had plenty of cookware! Only suggestion would to be more towels in the kitchen!. Would stay again!

Spacious Home

Loved the layout of the bedrooms/bathrooms, they all felt private and were quiet. Pool/spa were warm and perfect after a long day of shopping. House was clean and well stocked with extra soaps, TP, and even Gain detergent for the washer. Beautiful quiet neighborhood close to stores/restaurants. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here in October and the home is beautiful and convenient to everything including all the parks. The pool and hot tub were great to come home to for taking a rest. We also enjoyed the game room (didn't spend much time here) when we had a few minutes of down time. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time, convinient to everything

If I had questions the owner would respond within 30 minutes to an hour! Very nice guy.... The place was so clean and the pool was amazing.

Family get away

When we arrived I was impressed with the cleanliness of the home. I have stayed at many VRBO homes and this one hands down was the cleanness. The house had plenty of room for our family and we completely enjoyed the pool. Thank you for sharing your home.

Everything we wanted

A trip to be remembered. The house, pool and spa were wonderful. It was the perfect place for a family of 7. Kitchen was very functional. Close to the theme parks. The spa was perfect after a day of walking . We all had a wonderful time, wished we could have stayed longer.

Perfect staycation

Beautiful home, perfect for kids and families. It sure beats a hotel because of having a private pool. Communication with the owner was top notch. I was unsure about an alarm and he answered my call right away. I left a doll, and he put it outside for me to pick up after Disney. Would absolutely book again

Perfect!

We greatly enjoyed our time at this home (and wish we had longer to stay)! The layout of the home was perfect and everyone was glad to have space to spread out. Countless memories were made in the game room and in the pool. The "traffic noise" did not have any affect on us or our ability to relax and enjoy this home. And I can confirm you can see the Magic Kingdom fireworks while swimming in the pool!

Disney Trip

The house was just as pictured. The games in the garage were great for our son along with the pool. The location is very convenient for the Disney parks and made for a short trip back to the house after long days on our feet. There is two nice little parks in the neighborhood that our children loved and the walking paths were nice as well.

Great Vacation!

Nice location, close to restaurants and shops. Traffic noise is a bit loud through out the day, but bearable if by the pool with music playing. Amir is great with responding to any questions you may have. Home itself is very clean, decor is a bit lacking not as in description pictures. Overall stay relaxing and pool and spa are a great addition! Would visit the area again.

The house was exactly as described. It is a beautiful home. It was very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Felt safe at all times. Due to weather did not utilize the pool or hot tub. . Communication with Amir was awesome. All instructions were given & if any questions he was there to answer. Family was absolutely pleased with staying here. We only stayed 2 days until time to leave for our cruise. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Stay Ever!!

We have been coming to Florida for the past ten years and staying for a month. We rated this property the best place we have stayed to date! It's very clean ,perfect location and Amir was very accommodating! We couldn't figure out the tv setup so I called Amir and he talked me through it. AC broke down. Amir was right on it! Neighborhood is great!Close to everything. We will definitely stay here again!5 stars!

We loved it!!

We had a great time !! Host was super awesome! Super responsive and quick to reply !! Excellent location to parks , food and shopping ! We did see fireworks from the pool in the distance. We did have to buy washing powder and paper towels etc but no big deal . Just a note if all adults - prepare for pool alarm if going back and forth inside /out. Apparently FL law . Overall great experience- would stay here again!

Thank you Stephanie for your review. Pool alarm and pool net is set by state of Florida for safety of the guests who have kids. This is to protect the kids from entering the pool area without an adult. Once you press the alarm to exit or entry it won't go off. Perfect Location

Our family of 5 stayed at Tinkerbell’s Castle II for 5 nights. The location and size of the home was perfect for us. Couple reasons I didn’t rate it a 5: There was small tiny ants all over the kitchen and bathroom sinks. We also found a couple ants in the bed my son was sleeping in. Secondly the air hockey table/ accessories, along with the pool table/ accessories needs some repairs. Lastly the lowest you can set the A/C is 72, this caused a few stuffy nights sleeping

Thank you Lynn for your review. We Always spray after each stay for the pest control. Some guests do leave food out and make the Ants attract to come in from pool area. The spray and pest control is done promptly. In regards to air hockey and pool table we do replace the accessory very month or 2, I will look into it and get our managment to replace them again. Aircon is set to min 72 as if its lower than this in Florida weather the aircon will freeze and guests wouldn't have aircon for 3-4 hours. This was a suggestion from AC company that we follow. If the door and window are shut the temperature will stay 72 inside the home and does make a feel comfortable. Hope this issues haven't effected your stayand and to hear from you on your next visit to Orlando.

Tinkerbell's Castle 2 was amazing, and perfect for our needs

What an amazing property to spend 8 nights at! The house has a wonderful layout for many guests. Our party of 7 had room to spare, no arguing over bathrooms, and a great time in the pool. When we arrived, the host had emailed me all of the important information that I needed to access the property, the rules of the property (and the city) as well as some great suggestions for local food and services. It was one of the best experiences that I've had renting a vacation property. The neighborhood was easy to get to and was very close to shopping and entertainment. We had no problems with the neighbors and felt completely safe while we were there. We also enjoyed the pond out back and the morning visits from the White Ibises that would wander the area. I will definitely look to stay at the property again the next time I visit the Orlando area.

Convenient to Disney Parks & restaurants

As with all vacation rentals, there's always Pros and Cons. We stayed three weeks and this is our interpretation of the property. Pros: *The home appears to be freshly painted, inside and out. *The owner responded to questions in a timely manner. *TV in the family area has been updated with a Firestick *ADT security is installed *The garage is stocked with strollers for young families. *There are many fry pans and saucepans for stovetop cooking *Appliances were clean *Hot tub is nice, but temperature is preset to 100 degrees *Home is comfortable, open concept Cons: * Highway/Road noise. Toll Hwy 429 "Daniel Webster Western Beltway" backs up to the property. Freeway noise is 24/7. This does not negatively reflect the owners of the property, as this is outside their control.. However, renters should be aware, it's an older neighborhood but definitely not quiet. *Pool is on the smaller side and gets the morning sun, not afternoon sun. This may be enjoyable in the summer months, but not in the winter months. *Pool temperature is preset to start at 10am and heat to 84 degrees. There is not a cover for the pool to keep the heat in, so morning temperature was generally 75 degrees. We paid an additional $750 for the pool heat. Be mindful, the hot tub heat is also an additional charge in the booking. *There is limited baking dishes for oven use. a 7"x11" pyrex and a broiler pan.
