Each bedroom features a comfortable king bed in the master bedroom and 1 queen in the other 2 rooms, giving every guest their own space to unwind. The layout is ideal for families or groups, with plenty of room to spread out after a day in the sun. Step outside and you’ll find one of the home’s best features, a fire pit and outdoor dining area, perfect for evening hangouts, grilling, or simply enjoying the Florida breeze.



You’ll also love the added touches that make beach days easy, including provided beach gear and a private balcony for morning coffee or winding down at night. Whether you’re here for a relaxing getaway, a beach trip with friends, or to explore nearby attractions like Cocoa Beach Pier and Kennedy Space Center, this home is the perfect home base.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available

Getting around is simple and convenient. Most guests choose to drive, with easy access to nearby beaches, grocery stores, and attractions. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the area is also bike-friendly for shorter trips to the beach and nearby spots.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
