Designed with large groups and families in mind, this one-of-a-kind property features a spacious 4-bedroom main house and a private villa courtyard for outdoor entertaining.

The main home features four bedrooms, two of which are master suites. One master suite offers an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd master offers a bonus attached space with a pull-out sofa that can be used as a sitting area or additional sleeping space. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle. The fourth bonus room can be used as a den or converted to sleeping quarters that has a comfortable queen sofa sleeper. You can relax in a large living room with a 65' television that flows into the dining area. Cook in a fully updated kitchen with additional seating. Attached to the kitchen, you can access an additional space that serves as a laundry room and storage space. This room also has another refrigerator to accommodate food and drink storage for larger groups.

We have a beautiful private courtyard that creates the perfect gathering place for your group. Spend your days at the beach, relax together in your own outdoor oasis afterward, and then enjoy an easy walk into town for dinner, drinks, shopping, and entertainment.

Within a short walk, you’ll find local favorites like Coconuts, unique shops, ice cream spots, restaurants, bars, and fun local events like Friday Fest activities. One of our favorite things about the area is how it gives you the best of both worlds, relaxing beach days and a lively downtown atmosphere.

For a quieter evening, take a sunset stroll along the canals behind the property where you can often spot manatees and dolphins during their evening feeding and fishing activities. It’s one of those hidden local experiences that makes this area so special.
