The property is about 300 meters from a sandy beach and 400 meters from the historic center of Pozzallo, where you will find a pharmacy, ATM, and various shops. Next to the apartment there is a public transport stop for the airport. Within walking distance you will find a grocery store, a fish market, a tobacconist, a pizzeria, and other services.



From Pozzallo, you can reach places like Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, and Marzamemi in about 30 minutes by car. A marina, where you can rent boats and a catamaran to Malta, is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away.
