INSIDE: The cozy open-concept space, in perfect Mediterranean style, is the ideal choice for couples who love sophisticated yet welcoming environments without sacrificing the comfort of a vacation home. It features a comfortable sleeping area with a memory foam mattress, flat-screen TV, armchair, and a charming kitchen equipped with everything you need. The space is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi coverage. The bathroom, with a shower stall, is equipped with a washing machine.

OUTSIDE: From the bright picture window, you can admire the pool and the enchanting Modica countryside with its characteristic dry-stone walls. The outdoor veranda, furnished with a table and chairs, is the ideal spot for breakfast with the Iblean countryside as a backdrop.
LA VILLA SEA SKY
Villa Sea Sky consists of 5 residential units. It is located at Viale Orsa Maggiore No. 25, in the new residential area of Pozzallo; it is 100 meters from the sea (first beach access point) and the beach is reached via an underpass.
This elegant villa, with its characteristic Mediterranean colors, offers guests a refined and exclusive setting for an unforgettable wellness-focused vacation.
Nestled among the dry-stone walls of the Modica countryside is the relaxation area, featuring a sun deck with a pool.
The individual apartments, designed specifically for summer stays, have a private outdoor area equipped with a dining area and a relaxation corner. All rooms are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi access.

THE BEACH
I Scivolo Beach, just a 2- to 3-minute walk from the house, is renowned for its ultra-fine sand and enchanting forest. The western part of the beach is graced by the “Pietre Nere” cliff, while to the east, the “Pietra Spaccata” offers a natural spot for intimate moments of wellness (clay mud treatments).
The sea, awarded the Blue Flag, is characterized by shallow waters that slope gently for the first 20–30 meters from the shoreline, making it ideal for families with children. Thanks to these features, this beach is one of the few child-friendly Sicilian seaside resorts to have also been awarded the Green Flag, synonymous with Safety, Comfort, and Health.
The expansive, uncrowded sandy beach offers a fairytale setting for jogging enthusiasts. Additionally, for guests who wish to take advantage of it, the fully equipped “Chalet Primo Scivolo” beach club provides a wide range of services.

It is strategically located between the provinces of Ragusa and Syracuse, allowing guests to easily reach various points of interest. Just a 5-minute walk from the sea and the boardwalk, Casa Pegso offers the perfect blend of beach and cultural experiences in the stunning landscapes of the Val di Noto.
A short drive is all it takes to visit the famous “Montalbano Locations,” which served as the backdrop for Italy’s most beloved TV series: Punta Secca, Scicli, Sampieri, Donnalucata, Modica, and Ragusa.
