The Space:

Canalfront living comes easy at this bright home. Enjoy a swim in the private saltwater pool, a soak in the pool spa, or a hot dog from the gas grill in any weather, thanks to the lanai! Multiple entrances means that seamless indoor/outdoor living is easy.





If you're looking to cook indoors instead, the full kitchen features full-size appliances (including a French door refrigerator), helpful cooking equipment, and a breakfast bar perfect for hanging out while cooking. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool and comfortable throughout their stay. The incredibly spacious main bedroom features a ceiling fan and a deluxe en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a jetted soaking tub. But every bedroom features a ceiling fan, so you can be comfortable at any time of day during your stay in this lovely home. Don't forget to take advantage of the wine glasses and shakers located in the Great Room to whip up tasty cocktails with ease at the end of a full day of adventure.

Very nice house. Was very pleased with the cleanliness of the entire house. The home is very comfortable and the pool area has comfortable seating as well. We stayed six weeks and enjoyed every bit of our stay. We would definitely stay there again

Beautiful Home

The house was very clean and we loved the lanai. We eat outside and had coffee in the morning looking out at the water. We even saw a manatee.

Beautiful convenient all round great place

We have had a wonderful time here and enjoyed everything about the house. The local accommodations are great also. House was well placed and well maintained. This has been a great experience and when we come back we will be looking for something just the same. If this is open it will definitely be here. Thank you for the wonder experience.

Very nice home with a private pool and relaxing location

Really nice house and very spacious. We had six in our party and were very comfortable throughout our stay. The bathrooms are both spacious and nice. The private pool was really great and the location on the water was extremely relaxing. My only nitpicks would be, the hot tub is a daily charge to use and there was only one TV. I would suggest adding TVs in each bedroom. We kind of had to draw straws to see who gets the TV when we settled in for each night.

Christmas away from home

The house was everything we hoped for and much more… the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The canal was a great place for my son to relax and enjoy fishing. He caught numerous catfishes. The house was spacious for my family. The neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood was very quiet.. didn’t really see much people outside. Location is close to supermarkets and gas stations. We enjoyed our stay..

Lovely Home in The Cape!

Well equipped, bright home perfect for a family getaway. The kitchen was well stocked except for a blender, so we bought one to enjoy sunset frozen bevies on the dock. The beds are comfortable and there are good pool toys to float the days away. Close to stores and restaurants. Property management responded quickly to a few issues we encountered. The outside furniture and the living room sofa does need a good cleaning but overall a lovely home.

Lakeside Paradise

A beautiful well appointed property in a lovely neighbourhood. We were all very comfortable. Lots of fun was had in the lovely big swimming pool. Entertainment provided in the canal/lake by boats, father and son on jet ski and a dolphin! The only thing we would flag up for other visitors is you will need to bring your account logins for the tv as there is no local direct tv channels. Would definitely recommend.

I was a little disappointed with the netting on the lanai as it had quite a few large holes in it and we were not told. Also, there weren't enough hand towels for the bathrooms.

Disappointing details

Perfect location to be near family. More than ample room and beautiful lanai to enjoy afternoon sun. Disappointed with absence of small welcoming details (could offer bottled water, laundry soap, bathroom cleaner). Biggest issue was inability to use pool. I missed the disclosure about extra charge for pool heat. But with such a high property fee, I would expect the cost of electric for pool heat would have been already factored in. I have never rented elsewhere that heat was extra. One last thing about cleanliness...black mold was present in the grout in the master shower. I will not likely cloose a Vacasa property again.

Beautiful home but had communication and billing issues

I paid an extra $500 to have the pool heater on and not only was it not turned on but was broken and took 5 days to fix. They offerred to refund me 2 days of the pool fee even though it was out 5 days and I have not seen that refund 2 weeks later. Overall I would say Vacasa was great about answering the phone but getting the comuication to someone who could make decisions took long. I have been using VRBO for over 20 years and most houses have some sort of instruction sheet about the nuances of the house. We didn't get anything like that, just the wifi password and door code. using the pool and spa was a complete mystery. The owner of the pool maintenance company came out and explained to us how to use it. My overall experience was great but thought I would put this warning out there to anyone who wants that pool heater on or would need instructions as to how to turn the spa on vs the pool heater
