The new villa Limani built in 2009 is in a quiet area with breathtaking view on the small port of Antiparos village.
Enjoy the evening sitting on the terrace looking to the lights of the fishing-boats.
You wil relax at the nice sandy beaches near to the house. The lovely style of the furnishings of the villa will help you to feel good.
The big kitchen with all useful things (refrigerator,oven) helps you with the self-catering.
The terraces will invite you to a barbecue in the evening.
In the villa you will find enough place for six people.
The owner will pick you up at the port of the ferryboats from paros.

Lovely property

Our stay was lovely at this property on Antiparos. Lefteri made us feel right at home and was very accommodating. Great access to different beaches, and a close walk to town.

Exceeded Expectations in Every Way

I stayed for a month and I'm so sad to leave and hopeful that I can return in future years. The hosts were beyond friendly and attentive, going out of their way to bring gifts of local food and alcohol and to direct me to the right place to get anything I needed on the island. The indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely.

Relaxing long holiday with the most gracious and welcoming hosts

I don't even know where to start! Everything exceeded expectations. This was a long holiday for 3 weeks where friends joined me for my 40th birthday. Those weeks are filled with memories I will treasure forever, in large part do the the wonderful stay and kindness of the hosts. This was my second visit to Antiparos. The location is great, a short (about 0.6 miles) and pretty walk to beaches and town. The property was clean, bright, and airy, and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms was perfect for our group. The house is well appointed and the outdoor spaces excellent 10/10!

Very Nice Greek Vacation Home

A lovely house for an ideal, laidback Antiparos vacation! Lefteri and Heike are great hosts, readily available next door if we needed anything and were nice enough to pick us up from Antiparos port when we arrived. The house is very clean and modern with all the basics that you need. And the back patio with the view of the marina is perfect for an evening pre-dinner glass of wine. The photos don’t do it justice. A few things to note: 1) Even though it says differently in the listing, there is no bbq grill and also no washing machine. Although there was a nice lady in town (Amerini’s Laundry) that did our laundry for €14/load. 2) The center of town is roughly a (beautiful) 15 minute walk, which doesn’t sound like much but in the hot, direct Greek sun it can feel like a lot more. We ended up renting a car for a couple days, and were happy we did. 3) The A/C in the bedrooms work really, really well but only 2 out of the 3 bedrooms have it. Otherwise, I can’t say enough positive things about the house. The kitchen has plenty of plates/glasses/silverware and even a dishwasher. The fridge is plenty big enough and the bathrooms are pretty spacious. Plus, there’s plenty of hot water, even with 4 of us showering after days at the beach. It’s a wonderful home with the perfect Greek island feel. Highly recommend!

Villa splendida in un luogo splendido. Già Antiparos è una meraviglia, se aggiungiamo la posizione di questa casa si raggiunge il top. Mare visibile su tre lati della casa. Pulizia perfetta. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni esigenza. Io ho dato il voto massimo ma se potessi darei ancora di più.

Amazing place!

This is a great place to spend your vacation! The house is perfect! It’s on the best location of the island! It’s clean and spacious! The pictures are not showing how good the place is. It’s absolutely quiet and only five minutes away from the main street of the island where all restaurants bars cafes and shops are. And another issue not to be missed. These are the hosts! Lefteri and his wife are so hospitable nice and caring! I want to thank them once again for everything that they did to secure our pleasant stay! We definitely recommend this place!

Rolig, fint og veldig hyggelig

Vi var to voksne og to ungdommer som bodde her i to uker. Lefteri og hans familie er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme! Lefteri både hentet og kjørte oss til båten. Vi hadde to veldig avslappende og deilige uker her. At det ligger et lite stykke utenfor byen (man ser byen og livet fra huset), var bare et pluss for oss. Det er også en strand rett ved huset som vi så og si hadde for oss selv. Anbefaler dette stedet til alle som vil ha en rolig ferie på Antiparos:)

Antiparos - small but a gem!

The property was perfect for our requirements a few minutes walk from the town but with a full view of everything. Lefteri and Mina were perfect hosts and great to sit down and share a drink with. They know everything about Antiparos, and are related to almost everyone! They are a wonderful source of information about the island. We can't wait to go back!

Liebe Gastgeber, magischer Ort, wunderbare Aussicht, ruhig und doch zentral

Alles wunderbar, wir kommen gerne wieder. Lefteri und seine Familie haben uns optimal betreut. Besser geht es nicht. Antiparos ist phantastisch schön. P.S. Ein, zwei Töpfe mehr wäre nicht schlecht. Das Internet war sehr wackelig, aber wir hatten ein bisschen Sturm und vielleicht hängt es damit zusammen.

Very beautiful house and place

We stayed there for 2 Weeks. The house ist very nice and also Lefteri and his family were very kind. You live there surrounded by the sea Would clearly come back again ... For germans: the Waschmaschine is a dishwasher.

Perfect Villa

Beautiful property very close to town. Exquisitely cared for, very clean and functional. Our family rates Villa Limani the best property of all our experiences. Lefteri, the owner, and family live next door and take care of all needs. Villa Lamini is a special place for creating wonderful memories. And reasonably priced.

thanks for a perfect holiday!

It's been all great - beautiful big house and a lovely host who helped immediatly whenever neeeded. We even got picked up at the port! The house is 2min from a private beach where we've been basically alone in high season, at cristalclear water. And Antiparos is a lovely small island with very chic shops and cafes and just perfect beaches. We'll be back!

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage

Das Haus ist sauber und schön eingerichtet, es hat eine große Terrasse. Die Lage ist perfekt, es ist ruhig, in die trubelige Stadt ist es aber nicht weit. In der Nähe sind schöne Strände. Die Vermieter sind supernett, sehr gastfreundlich und kümmern sich toll um ihre Gäste, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Absolutely perfect

We stayed at Lefteri's house in May with our two children (12 and 10) and a friend. It was such a wonderful holiday. The house feels like a home; it's well laid out with plenty of space and a wonderful covered patio. The location is perfect. The house is on the edge of the village, so it's nice and quiet, but it's close to several lovely beaches. You can walk everywhere but also we hired bikes so we could do some day trips. Lefteri, his wife Mina and their young son are fantastic hosts. Lefteri could not have been more helpful - nothing was too much trouble - and they were also great fun. There are fantastic restaurants in the village but we also enjoyed buying our supplies (local vegetables and fish) from the little trucks at the harbour in the morning and then cooking them up at the house. Antiparos is a lovely little island and we would love to go back there and to Lefteri's house.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig am Ortsrand und ist gut eingerichtet. Aufgrund der Entfernung zur Innenstadt sind Fahrräder sehr zu empfehlen. Kochen sollte man nicht einplanen, da die Ausstattung dann doch nicht reicht. Lefteri wohnt direkt nennen an und ist immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Haus wurde mehrfach geeinigt und unsere Wäsche gewaschen und gebügelt (der Wahnsinn).

Loved this place!

We spent a wonderful 10 days here in May. Lefteri and his family, who live next door, were excellent hosts. The kitchen needed some mixing bowls and a good knife but other than that it was excellent to cook in. This is pretty new construction and everything was clean and kept clean. It even had some screens to help keep the mosquitos out. We especially enjoyed the sun-protected backyard patio. WIFI signal was very weak for us inside the house but when we sat outside it worked well. The bed in master sleeping room really is a 6x6 foot king size- a great luxury in Greece where most beds are double or queen size at best. Antiporos is a fun place to see a much "realer" Greece than touristy and overrun Paros, Mykonos or Santorini where most Americans end up. It also has some really good restaurants and 4 grocery stores. Highly recommended.

Very nice house, top location!

The house is very modern and equiped with all comforts to make the stay in Antiparos relaxed and easy. The area is very quite and only 10mins walk from the port and the center of the village. The owner, Lefteri, lives next door and he's always ready to help in case of any need. I would reccomend this place to everyone from families, couples or group of friends.

really very nice

Last year we stayed at Lefteri's house. We stayed there with our 3 teenagers. The location was excellent, the facilities very good and most off all the hospitality of Lefteri was very comfortabel. He gave us good advice, but was not too close. His wife washed our clothes once! The house was nearby the village, so we could walk to the shops. We also could use the bicycle of Lefteri. We enjoyed our stay at Anti Paros; the kids (15,17 and 19 years) especially enjoyed the see-diving, what was very easy to arrange. We went to the beach, saw the sunset, took the bus and cycled around the island. Lefteri can give you some advice which restaurants are nice to go. I would recommand this house to a friend with or without kids. The house is clean and the airco is good during the summer months. It's a nice and quiet island, but the village has enough facilities for making it a pleasant stay.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft

Selten haben wir uns so wohlgefühlt. Nicht nur dass die Insel ein Traum ist, insbesondere wenn man Erholung finden möchte. Auch die Gastgeber in diesem schönen Haus waren außergewöhnlich. Liebenswert und immer bereit zu helfen, jedoch niemals störend oder gar aufdringlich. Das Haus liegt auf einer kleinen Halbinsel und ist auf drei Seiten vom Meer umgeben. Direkt um die Ecke liegt ein absolut kinderfreundlicher Strand, welcher gaaaanz sanft zum Meer hin abfällt. Die geraumige Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der Fußläufig entfernte Hauptort der Insel ist nahezu autofrei und lädt zum Bummeln und entspannen ein. Wir koennen die Villa Limani auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt empfehlen
