Situated mere steps from the ocean, Fountainhead Towers offers access to community amenities that include a beachfront swimming pool, a tennis court, and a sundeck. You'll be practically across the road from the Gold Coast Mall, a matter of steps from restaurants and groceries, three-quarters of a mile south of Northside Park, and only two miles south of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax-free shopping across the Maryland-Delaware state line.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We loved the ocean view, which is always spectacular! The amenities were great, however, please leave instructions on how to turn on the shower.

Nice unit located inside Fountainhead towers, room was clean and has nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. Would be giving 5 stars if not for the worn out mattresses in bedroom

The condo was clean, modern and comfortable. This was our first time staying there and we definitely will be back. The only problem we had was the bed was too soft. But we would recommend The Fountainhead to everyone!

OCMD 24’ family vacation

The layout of the home was great. Lots of space for our kids to move around. Balcony was nice and big. The condo wasn’t very clean and lacked kitchen supplies. I would bring my own pots and pans if you plan of doing cooking. Beds are not very comfortable. The pool was nice and was very easy to get on the beach. Staff in the building were very nice. At night it was quiet.

Great Condo and Location

This was a great condo to spend a week in. The updated kitchen comfy furniture made our stay very enjoyable. I only wish that the master bedroom had one large bed, and a fill bed. There is definitely space for it. The beds were actually comfortable, which is rare in OC. The condo could use a deep clean, especially the floor boards and the floors. But other than that, I wouldn't change a thing. The location is great, and the double blaconies were a nice feature as well.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but updates needed

Overall, we enjoyed the stay in this unit. We have rented many units in this building over several years. We really like Fountainhead Towers. The beds were very comfy. Great TVs. The decor was very nice. But, the owner needs to fix some doors: balcony slider so hard to open, door on laundry comes off the track, and storm door doesn't latch easily. There are only 3 teaspoons in the kitchen drawer. Cleaning service should look under the beds and couches. When folks pay the amount they do to rent, I think an owner would want the very best to encourage repeat renters.

Fountainhead Towers #802

We checked in Saturday, July 9th. Condo was decorated lovely and beds were comfortable but we had several issues. First, there was sand throughout the condo. A cleaning lady was sent over Sunday to clean. Second the ice maker was not working. A plumber came over Thursday, it worked for 2 days and then broke again. The major issue was that we had no dryer for 2 weeks. We could wash our clothes but had to take them to a laundry mat to dry them which was very inconvenient.
