The Space:

This Ocean City condo is ideally situated in a highrise building and features a spacious living area filled with comfortable furniture and a private balcony. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and counter space the group chef will need to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy. Spend the day on the beach, then come home to let the private washer and dryer handle all that beach sand. Be sure to explore some fun on-site amenities, including a shared indoor pool and a community fitness center. Things to Know WiFi is provided throughout the building for a fee. A $50.00 non-refundable cash building registration fee is due upon check-in. There is also a $10.00 key fob deposit for the fitness center. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

End of summer vacation

Weather was beautiful. Building employees were extremely friendly! The building and condo was extremely clean and in a great location . Would highly recommend.

We have been coming here for years but try different rooms. 205 was very nice. No complaints. We enjoy the pool, the lockers, everything about the property and the location.

Great with some heads up.

Great location, great building, amazing view. Towels are cheap, the beds are like sleeping on the floor they are so hard. Difficult to get a good nights sleep. AC unit is VERY loud.

Thank you for your review, Donna and Andrew. Please be advised that the living room queen sleeper sofa and love seat have been replaced for 2022. Hopefully you will find these more comfortable. We hope to have the chance to host you again in the future!

Great Condo/Building

This building was well maintained, clean, and felt very safe. Parking was great, grandkids loved the inside pool. Condo was just as described and very clean. There were far more towels than was described in the listing. However, the beach was terrible! It was a 45 degree angle to get there the first few days, then after a wind/rain storm, there was literally a 3-4' drop off to get down to the water and nearly impossible to get back up! I personally could not get to the ocean with my bad knee and watched so many people fall and struggle to get back up or slip and fall down getting down since the sand just gave way under your feet. Would most likely not go to Ocean City again. Much preferred DE.
