The unit itself isn't far from the beach and backs to a quiet wooded area where you will be able to relax and enjoy the summer breezes in peace. Located near 104th street, you are close to fantastic restaurants/bars, entertainment and shopping at Gold Coast Mall.

This unit is exceptionally clean and maintained. It has a fully stocked kitchen is ready for those nights you decide to eat in along with hardwood floors, TVs in every room and of course internet access. There is also plenty of parking!

Come stay at this fabulous unit and create your own Ocean City memories!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 111th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between May 25th and September 22nd. There is no guard on duty in month of September.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Great property and location

We enjoyed our stay at the condo in Ocean City. The property was as described. We had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen area was well equipped with cookware and dishes, which was very useful for us. It was also a fast walk to the public access for the beach. Plus, it was in close proximity to other attractions that we visited. We were very satisfied!

Great location and value

This condo was in a fantastic location with a very short walk to the beach. It was a great place to stay for our family of four. Would highly recommend this property!

Great stay

Our stay was great. We pretty much only slept & showered during our stay. Very clean and quiet. I did think we had linen & towels (that's why i wanted this one) but they only provide them certain times of the year. That was probably the only downer, having to buy stuff here. But overall, I will definitely want to stay again.

very clean. Ive never seen such pristine white sheets. Kitchen facilities were very good. No ice maker but there were ice trays to make ice. Nice furniture. TVs in all the rooms.

Great Place!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and the in perfect location. One of the best pools I’ve seen in OC. Would definitely rent this property again!

I can’t say enough great things about the condo and our time there! Affordable, great location, (almost) everything provided… I could go on and on. If it’s available next year, we’ll be back!! Thank you for a great stay!!

Family getaway

The location is perfect for a family like us. The pool is perfect for our toddler and it is walk distance to the beach. It is a quiet neighborhood. We had an emergency, the front door knob was broken and the owner was responsive and he had it fixed right away.

We enjoyed our short visit to the beach in this condo. The screened in porch was delightful. Kitchen was well stocked and unit was clean. Very short walk to the beach.

Nice Place and Convenient Location

Everything as advertised! The condo was clean and roomy. Easy walk to the beach. Used the cart that was available for all of our stuff. Restaurants and grocery store nearby. We enjoyed ourselves.

Cute and Comfortable

It was a good stay at a good price for our last minute holiday weekend getaway. Host was kind and responsive. Listing exactly as described and shown in photos. Convenient access to beach, shopping, and food. I would suggest having the cleaning crew give a bit more attention to the tubs and underneath furniture in bedrooms. Overall I would rent again.

Great July 4th Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. our stay was wonderfully agreeable. we have enjoy every inch of it

Nice place equipped with all necessary needs for a traveler. Kitchen with pots and pan, dishes and silverware etc... This place is well maintained, cleaned and serviced with a central air system. Two bedrooms and a Livingroom, a back porch, washer and dryer available. Also is a few minutes away from the Beach. Feel like home very much..

Perfect location

Just a short 2 block walk to the beach. There are plenty of dining options nearby as well as 2 grocery stores. The pool is very large for those days when you want to be in the water but not necessarily on the beach. There is a stop for the "beach bus" at the end of the block for getting around without having to drive. Overall this place was everything it needed to be and maybe a little more.

Beach stay

We loved it!!! Two bedrooms was prefect and spacious living space with the covered price being great for some fresh air on rainy mornings. It was prefect for what we needed and the community was nice and quiet. The pool is huge which was great when we didn’t make it to the beach. With a 2.5 year old and 5 year old we live options. Despite the weather which was a bit overcast and rainy most of our stay we were able to make the most of it and get in some goodies beach time, pool time, park turn and chill time. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Great vacation rental

Condo was exactly as listed. Clean, and everything worked as it should. The screened porch made for a nice sitting area that was free of biting insects. Short walk to the beach and surrounding stores. Dave and Rhonda at Benchmark property services are really on point with their game. Communication, check-in/check-out, cleaning, everything was spot on. Will definitely use Benchmark Property services again. Thanks Dave and Rhonda!!

My 4th of July family vacation stay was cancelled by the property owner the night before we were supposed to leave because they couldn't contact me to confirm my reservation .I was new to using the app and wasn't aware of needing to speak to the owner to confirm. I received a text at 6pm the night before and I responded yes. Then a phone call at 8:45pm from him. He was irritated that he couldn't get ahold of me. Once confirmed I get another call saying my card was declined. My card blocked the payment and I wasn't able to call them due to everything being closed for the holiday. He told me he would give me until 9am the next day to give him a new card number over the phone. I asked for a secure link to pay and he said no and he would have to take it over the phone. I tried again and it declined so then he just cancelled my reservation, even though he just got done telling me I have until 9am the next day. Extremely unprofessional! Then I see that my card was charged $101 fee which I had to jump through hoops to have refunded. I do not recommend dealing with these people at all!!!
