We're sorry the early arrival of the cleaning team made you feel rushed, this isn't the experience we aim to provide. Regarding your concerns, our local team confirmed both bathrooms had standard hand towels per Vacasa policy, and the home was stocked with the standard starter kit. The guest room features two full-size beds, as listed, and the AC system has been checked and consistently maintains a temperature below 72°F. We value your input and hope to welcome you back for an even better stay.
