The Space:

The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. A well-rested vacation awaits at this charming, family-friendly condo just steps away from the beach! It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend an unforgettable time together. It is upgraded with granite countertops, Keurig and drip coffee makers, painted cabinets, a range hood in the kitchen, a vanity, mirror, a light bar, air-conditioning, and a keyless lock system. Things to Know The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026. The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Our trip was excellent! Golden Sands is a wonderful condo and this unit was very nice and also very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a good weekend at the Golden Sands. Overall great location and we enjoyed the on-site cafe. The elevators are a bit slow and there's constant traffic going up and down, so there's often a long wait to go down or up. The air conditioning was much colder in the bedroom than in the living room. The bathroom was adequate but could definitely use an update. Overall a good stay, though definitely not luxurious. Right on the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. Extra parking spots are 45 and aren't always available.

Beautiful Ocean View

We enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the lack of a parking attendant when we arrived and the ridiculously long wait for an elevator to go up to our condo.

Great getaway at a nice property

We really enjoyed Golden Sands 711. Met family there who stayed in another unit and our college boys loved the location. Golden sands has a lot to offer and it was perfect for our group. The place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

Everything from booking to checking out was excellent. The only thing I could complain about was the hot water in the shower didn't last too long and the blinds were not working properly. I would definitely come back..

Nice condo for a short trip

Great little condo for a short trip the view is absolutely stunning from the balcony and bedroom our kids loved the pool, beach, and arcade. The outdoor bar was a plus! The condo is well appointed, needs a little paint, and replacement blinds, the AC unit was a little loud but worked well!

Great short week stay!

Beautiful unit with a great view! Would have wanted kitchen equipped better for a longer stay but perfect for short stay. Good luck figuring out the Keureg! Enjoyed this unit overall!

Not bad for the price.

Beautiful view, but it could stand some improvements inside. The pad was fine, but a lot of the furniture is old and uncomfortable.

Some good some so/so

The condo is nicely appointed from a furniture and decor standpoint. Wi-Fi was mostly nonexistent during our stay. The kitchen needs to have the range looked at it only had one working burner and the pots and pans need to be replaced otherwise everything else was good.

Good but very outdated - alarm system sucks

The building is very outdated, location is great. Elevators were so so slow. The deli and shops downstairs were beyond gross, and the food was overpriced and disgusting. Unit was clean enough but not as clean as I would have wanted. On the last night of our stay the fire alarm went off randomly at 4am and the entire building was evacuated. No explanation, no credit, no apology from Vacasa.
