The Space:

This three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse located in North Ocean City is definitely a must see! You will be staying in the sought-after community of Fisherman's Village, which features an outdoor pool just steps from the oversized back deck. You’re also just a short trip from the beach, shopping, parks, transportation, and restaurants. This family-friendly retreat has a large and bright dining room and living area with a fireplace and smart TVs with Youtube TV streaming. Completely updated, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, under cabinet lighting, and granite countertops, while the dining table is set for eight. All three bedrooms are located upstairs and have been recently updated. The main bedroom has a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest rooms (one of them featuring bunk beds - perfect for the kids!) share a hallway bathroom. The front porch overlooks the quiet street. Extra perks include a baby gate at the top of the staircase, a high chair, step stool, and kid-friendly cups and bowls, as well as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, kites, and a wagon. There is also a hose attached to the side of the house (in front of the parking lot) to help wash off any leftover sand. COMPLEX AMENITIES -Outdoor pool WHAT'S NEARBY In addition to the nearby beach, Northside Park (1.2 miles away) is Ocean City’s largest and most popular park facility. The 58-acre complex includes three lighted softball/baseball fields, a lighted soccer field, a multipurpose field, a fishing lagoon, a footbridge, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, and walking/jogging paths. THINGS TO KNOW Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a wagon are provided for guests use. There is a double futon in one of the bedrooms Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Quiet neighborhood

Perfect house for our 2 night stay. House had everything you could possibly need and was in a nice quiet neighborhood, perfect for family getaway. We really enjoyed the front porch in the evening. Place was nice and clean and exactly how it is pictured.

Great location

Great home for families. Quiet neighborhood. Ants in the kitchen and the washing machine was broken but other than that a very clean place with nice furniture and features.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean. The photos were very accurate. I liked how well stocked the house was with cleaners , paper products, towels and such even though we brought everything . I would book again .

Amazing Vacation in Ocean City MD

My family loved the location of Fisherman’s Village 16. The beach was only few minutes and the pool was just next door. All the amenities were provided. They even had beach chairs and umbrella for our use. We had a great time. We will look for another one of Vacasa properties for our next vacation.

Cozy beach home

This home felt so fresh, cozy, and beachy. We enjoyed the proximity of the pool. There was a charcoal grill available, which we did not use. There was plenty of space for everyone. Having 3 bathrooms and laundry machines was a plus.

Quiet Neighborhood

Loved that it was a quiet neighborhood and the pool was right off the deck so we could easily get to it. Only issue I would say was some of the appliances didn’t work like the coffee machine or toaster oven. But overall would come again.

Decent place

Pool right off the back deck, more than enough parking spaces if traveling with multiple vehicles. Tucked a few blocks back from the highway so it’s not as noisy, but it’s less than a 10 minute walking to the beach. Neighborhood was clean, quiet, pool very well kept. However, the furniture, mattresses especially, were incredibly uncomfortable. Couldn’t sleep comfortably for our entire trip. Tiny little grill also. Really the only complaints. Enjoyed our trip very much, but the furniture would be enough to have us look elsewhere next time considering the price point on this rental.

We got in late and I originally rated it a 2. I changed the rating to a 3, but the carpet was dirty, walls were scuffed, banged up and the tv had hand prints all over it. It suited our needs and it was our first VRBO/family vacation. My friend, who has VRBO-ed before, was very disappointed for the price. I have no experience to compare. We will VRBO again.

Almost Perfect...BUT

First visit to this home, frequent visitor to North OC. The home, in general, was beautiful. Great setup for our family of 5. We loved the pool access, and closeness to the beach. Definitely a quiet area, so we were nervous about violating the noise rules with our 3 young kids, but everything was fine. Unfortunately, I did identify 3 issues upon arrival, that were not able to be addressed until the afternoon before our departure. Guest services was timely in text and phone response, but the actual resolution was not timely. When I followed up, they simply said "the manager is aware". One of the items pertained to pest control. The issue was bad enough that I had to go buy my own remediation products, just to make us more comfortable. Pests are unavoidable, but they can be maintained. The level of activity altered our use of the kitchen and dining room areas completely. This was very unfortunate as the rest of the home was great. Without the pests, easily would have been 4 or 5 star review.
