    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great stay! Great location. Convenient to nicely priced Grocery store and Bayside restaurant for sunset! It is very cozy and has everything you need! It suited our adult family of six just swell!

Condo was clean and well stocked, perfect location. It was nice being so close to the beach, plenty of restaurants nearby, and short ride to the boardwalk. There was only one parking spot, but we got lucky and found an off street spot close by. Check in was at a different location, and was strictly at 4 pm. Had to go back there by 10 am when checking to return the keys. The building had 2 luggage racks to use and we found that very convenient. The pool was a little too cold to enjoy during our stay, but definitely an added bonus. Price was good, and would recommend this location.

The unit was great. Everything was clean very well maintained. The host gave us keys that did not work on the front door that was issued number one, and then the Wi-Fi was not listed as described and the host never got back to me about what was the correct Wi-Fi and password. Other than that, everything else is good.

I paid for a room to sleep 8 people so I called the office and they expect 3 people to sleep in 1 bed I mean I don’t know about you but I’m not sleeping with my 17 year old daughter and my husband or with my mother in law. So they got a air mattress and brought it to the room all fine and dandy but my lungs couldn’t blow it up it came with no pump and the room was absolutely filthy peoples pubic hairs on the toilet thats real inviting NOT and carpets were absolutely gross for the amount of money I paid I expect something better than the motel 8 and talking to the wall was better communication then the hosts.

Lovely gem on the Beach

Lovely time in a wonderful condo. Loved being directly on the beach and also being able to look at the bayside. I’m already looking into making to making reservations for next year!

Beach view was great!! Communication was lacking, we had to reach out to initiate any information. We were never able to access the WiFi, there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. When we stopped to get our key and passes, the lady forgot to give us the key and we had to go back. There was no book with check out information or sites to visit, that would have been helpful for first time visiters. There was one parking spot which was difficult to get in and out of. Whole condo could use some updating.

Lovely Little Stay!

We had an amazing stay! The view was completely unexpected- unobstructed ocean view and the balcony overlooked the pool. A few reviews before us mentioned window blinds that didn’t work, but we didn’t experience any issues at all so those must have been fixed. The kitchen is fully stocked, they provide you with anything you might need, and overall the condo was cozy and comfy. It was perfect for our two families and our littles! Would definitely stay again!

Great location and price

Condo and building are classic OC. Furniture is outdated but in good shape, beds were comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need for a night or 2 weeks. Beach gear closet was packed with lots of options. Place felt very welcoming, like I was staying with family. Price could not be beat. I would stay here again, thank you!

Nice weekend

The property was nice, Loved the ocean front and the balcony. Plenty of bath towels and pillows. Only complaint is the blinds in the living room on the sliders did not work properly and you could not open them all the way up to see the gorgeous ocean view. Same problem in the main bedroom. The blinds did not open right- slats were missing and you could not open the blinds to enjoy the ocean view from the bedroom. All the slats that had fallen out were laying in the closet.
