Treat yourself to a shopping spree at Gold Coast Mall, then enjoy some mini golf at Old Pro Golf. Return to your newly updated home away from home and immediately relish the gorgeous private view of the ocean right from the comfort of your balcony. Make use of the on-site amenities and dip your toes in the pool, or simmer down in the hot tub for a while and soothe those worries away. Whip yourself up a meal around dinner time, then relax in the living space with your friends and let the sound of the waves rock you to sleep. RESORT AMENITIES -Pool -Hot tub THINGS TO KNOW Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Convenient, nice and simple

This was a great rental for 2 adults. The bed could be more comfortable and the AC unit is in the bedroom which can be really loud, but the kitchen and living room are nice. It was very easy and convenient- right on the beach. Would rent again.

Nicely done rehab - five stars if it weren't for the A/C

Dishwasher full of clean everything. Place was immaculate!!! Owners and guests were kind. The only issue was the A/C - in the bedroom - damn that thing was noisy and cycling - luckily the weather was great and I was able to turn it off most of the stay. So maybe a good bug screen for the slider would be nice, as well.

Thermostat adjustment! Please !

The thermostat was set on 73 which was too high! It was very warm, especially at night! There were not enough kitchen supplies! Please fix the thermostat so that we can adjust it to our liking! It was hot and humid inside! Otherwise, it was a good place to stay!

Good Small Condo with Great View

Overall experience for the condo was good and the view was perfect! The bathrooms were not cleaned very well before our stay (I cleaned the toilets and shower when we first got there). Also, the first shower we took there, the water wouldn’t drain at all. We called for service and they called back and said we had to clean the drains ourselves. The drain was absolutely disgusting and looked like it wasn’t cleaned in an extremely long time. I feel like Vacasa should be responsible for cleaning the drains not the renters (especially when it’s not their dirt/grime). Other than that, our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed our vacation.
