Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them.

Accessibility
This is a split-level home. Exterior steps and an interior staircase are required for access.

Security Camera
There is 1 exterior security camera facing the front entry. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
