As you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you are greeted by a welcoming open floor plan. The living room provides you with a wonderful spot to unwind and create everlasting memories together - play board games after a fantastic day at the beach, stream entertaining movies and shows on the smart TV, or simply enjoy an absorbing chat while the electric fireplace adds a nice ambiance to the living area. This area opens onto a screened balcony with views of the community water feature and a kid-safe magnetic dart board. When mealtime comes, surprise your family with a spectacular homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances and a convenient Keurig coffee maker. Sleeping arrangements consist of a main suite with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a smart TV. Additionally, there is a stacked washer/dryer available for added convenience. Streaming only with guests' personal login. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The community swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
