Also, new furnishings and artwork help set that perfect beach vacation mood! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Three TVs (32-inch in each bedroom and 55-inch in the living room), Blu-Ray, Keurig, and WiFi.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
