The Space:

Experience an unforgettable stay at this three-story townhouse located two miles from downtown Rehoboth Beach and the ocean! This splendid home boasts a location like no other - you will be close to restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and great attractions like Jungle Jim's, Rehoboth Beach, Gordons Pond State Park Area, The Lewes Historical Society Main Campus, Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, and Funland. Enjoy beautiful walks and bike rides on the Junction and Breakwater Trail through the community’s private gate. In addition, you are granted access to a community outdoor pool and fitness center. Spend lazy afternoons sipping a favorite beverage on the screened porch. Unwind in the living room after a full day on the beach. Gather in the well-appointed kitchen to prepare meals together. At night, rest well in the comfortable bedrooms, each of which has its own TV. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not operable. Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The community swimming pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

It was clean and close to Rehoboth Beach. Loved the number of beds and baths Great layout. Only thing missing was blackout curtains and the twin beds were too firm. But otherwise it was a great place.

Great place

A nice townhouse in a cute community. Wish it was a bit closer to the beach but there's plenty of other stuff to do in the immediate area too, including restaurants, shopping and water parks. Love that there was a pool and plenty of parking and having linens included was such a big help. We'd definitely stay again!

Very clean and nice property

Great Vacation Townhouse

Everything was as advertised. Spacious living room and dining room. Great kitchen. Bedrooms were large and all had their own bathrooms. Very nice pool. We did have an issue with no parking pass and no pool fob. Vacasa did address these issues and issued me a credit on my credit card for the parking fees we incurred.

Perfect getaway in Rehoboth Beach

The townhouse is just as pictured. The screened in porch on the second level was wonderful in the morning and in the evening to sit out and have tea, coffee or just read. Each bedroom was large with its own bathroom, the thrid level rear one had a balcony. Every amenity that you can think of was provided. I like that linens were provided. The management company was very attentive, even offering to send over someone when we had a question. The townhome is very clean.

Had more than described

Enjoyed our stay. The unit was well equipped and had more than described. We wouldn’t have had to bring beach chairs, beach umbrella or boogie boards. House had all of those things! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. Loved to porch to have your morning coffee. The pool was very close too. Home was nice. Not enough linen for all pillows. Floors need better cleaning. Living room furniture adequate but nothing to write home about. No shower mates for all baths.

Home away from home

The property was in excellent shape. I would definitely stay here again. The laundry service that`s included gives you added piece of mind knowing that your linen and towels are fresh. The only thing I wish could take place is an earlier check in time and a later check out window but I get the turn over of the property to the next guest. This is just me being selfish. Overall great stay

Property was spacious and well Appointed. It is close to a major roadway with tons of traffic, but far away enough so that it wasn’t loud. Only thing you could hear was ambulances. The property is about 2 miles from the beach and the boardwalk. There is a community pool which we used almost daily but It could have been cleaned a bit better though. The only issues were small ones and were reported to the property management company after check out and hopefully will be remedied soon. Overall a great condo and very comfortable.

Checking In Process was a Breeze

We had a slight problem getting temp of the frig to change so instructions booklets on the appliances would have been helpful. The pool grounds needed a little cleaning up as some garbage was there several days. However the stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. The staff from SeaChange vacation rental we’re always nice and very responsive to our small concerns. They made our future traveling to come back a definite. We never dealt with a rental company that was so responsive and nice. Checking in process was a breeze. Getting around was very easy.
