The top floor is home to the open loft, a full bathroom (shared by bedrooms 3 and 4) and the remaining three bedrooms, including the second master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 6 TVs, 4 DVDs, Blu-ray, gas fireplace, Wifi. Plus, two bicycles and a boogie board in the garage (courtesy items not guaranteed). Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in the bedrooms, with wood flooring in the living and dining areas.
