This 4BR, 2BA ranch style SFH is sited on a quiet, wooded cul de sac in the desirable Bethany West community of Bethany Beach. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and entertainment of downtown BB (or take the convenient BB Trolley). This well maintained property is Windjammer style, perfect for two families, and features 2 King beds, four singles, two full baths, fully-equipped kitchen open to large family room with flat screen TV, sunroom, screened porch, and deck. Ample parking for up to 6 cars. Cable and wifi, plus washer/dryer (towels and bed linens are not provided).

We had an amazing time on our vacation. This is our 5th year staying at this house and it is never disappointing. The house is exactly as described. We love the spacious living area and well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect, close to the beach and restaurants.

This is a cozy house, perfect for two small families. The location is great - in a peaceful neighborhood and very close to Bethany Boardwalk. Check-in was so easy, as the key is in a lockbox on the door. The shower door is a little tricky but the water pressure is great. The house is stocked with cleaning and cooking supplies. The A/C works great. They also provide residential parking passes to use on the side streets in downtown Bethany.

The house is beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood is nice and fun to walk around. The beach is a hop, skip, and a jump away. We highly recommend renting this property.

Wonderful

Lovely house. Plenty of room. Easy check in and check out. Close to everything. Parking pass makes it easy to park at beach. Close to grocery, pizza, beach, and shops. Two pools in the development were very clean and with this heat, were awesome. Had a family of five and it was perfect!

Great neighborhood! Convenient to beach!

We had a wonderful week! The house was exactly as described. Great layout, very clean, and well kept! Easy access to the beach! We greatly appreciated the parking pass which was so convenient, but others in our group walked or took the Bethany Beach Trolley and that worked really well too! It was great to have options. We used the community pool on our last day and were impressed with how clean and sizable it was! A great perk to this neighborhood! Liz was an exceptional host! We loved this house and plan to return!

Another beautiful season

My daughter and I come back every year. The property is always clean and up to date in their amenities. Property owner is always responsive and friendly. We will continue to come back every year this place is available - it’s our seaside sanctuary. :)

Great Rental

We have been going to this rental beach house in Bethany for several years and keep returning every fall due to the location close to the beach and the nice small neighborhood and a nice comfortable house. Also, dealing with the host is very comforting.

Perfect location

House is clean, comfortable, small but spacious enough for 4. Host is wonderful, very responsive. I stayed with a friend & the proximity to the beach & restaurants was ideal. Screen porch in front & sunroom in back are great for morning coffee & reading. It is on a cul de sac so if you’re traveling with kids it’s quiet & safe for them to play outside. Only subtracted a star because we are evening homebodies & the TV did not get network channels, and the pebbled driveway was a little challenging for my partially handicapped friend. We are planning to return here next season with a 3rd friend.

30th birthday trip

We loved staying here. The house was very clean and cozy. It was nice and close to the beach and restaurants. The three season room was our favorite spot. We did not need much but the owner was very good about getting back to us in a timely manner. I would love to come back.

Great location, communicative host!

This property is exactly as described! The neighborhood is fantastic. There are lots of safe places to walk and there are two pools, tennis courts, and a fitness center available for use (for a small daily/weekly fee). The kitchen had everything you need to cook and eat at home. We loved the screened-in front porch and the Florida room at the back of the house. Bethany Beach is a short 5-minute drive away, and there are tons of restaurants, bars, and activities close by. Liz, the host, was super communicative and provided clear check-in instructions as well as information about the community. We’ve never stayed so close to the beach before, and we loved it! There is even a trolley service that runs seasonally and has a stop about two blocks from the house. Everything was clean except for a few dishes that may have been used by the previous guests, but that wasn’t a huge issue at all. Overall a wonderful experience in a nice, quiet neighborhood super close to the beach! While you’re in town, try a Sunset Crush from Bethany Boathouse, they’re delicious!

Home away from Home

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home again. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a well established neighborhood. There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two private master bedrooms with king size beds, bathrooms at either end of the house. In the center is a very comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a great sun room. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, and cute shops. I highly recommend this place and we plan to stay there again next year.

Beyond wonderful!

Liz’s home was perfect! We had an almost 2 year old, a 5 year old, and two adults. The kids both had their own room and loved it. The neighborhood was very family friendly—quiet culdesac with lots of side streets that we took walks on every day. The backyard was wooded so it was very relaxing sitting in the spacious sun room and enjoying nature. The beds were all very comfortable, the house was clean and well stocked with dishes, laundry supplies…everything you could need! We brought all of our own but it was nice to know there were supplies in case we forgot anything. Liz was amazing with communication—truly one of the best hosts I’ve worked with. She was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Anytime I had a question, she responded promptly and with suggestions instead of just a quick response. She followed up a few days later if she didn’t hear from me, which I really appreciated because life with two littles is exhausting and I forgot. Her house was just like home for us, and we felt completely safe and at ease when we got back after a long beach day. I highly recommend Liz’s property for anyone looking for a homey feel right by the beach. A parking pass was included so we could easily park on the residential streets for easy beach access then head back to our home. The neighbors were all very friendly and the houses were well manicured and taken care of. I truly felt like I was staying at a friend’s house the entire vacation.

Family Time

We have stayed here for the past few summers and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is perfect and has plenty of room. It’s always clean and has a friendly welcoming atmosphere. We love it!
