Sea Colony offers a trolley, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and optional activities. A fee is charged for use of amenities for ages 4 and older. The beach and towns of Bethany Beach and South Bethany are just a short distance away. No Pets Please. This single-level end unit offers hardwood floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen, outside shower, a deck, and a gas grill. Guests also have access to adult and children's beach chairs, and umbrellas can be rented at Sea Colony beach. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security.
