The primary reason that we had selected this unit was because in the description at the time said how it provided such good privacy. One bedroom and bath on the top floor, the middle floor, being the living room, kitchen, dining room, and the bottom floor with another bedroom and bathroom however they rearranged it and moved the bedroom upstairs so there was still a bathroom downstairs but a second living room instead, which did not meet our needs and we were very disappointed. If this is not something that is important to you then the place was clean well equipped and on my Google maps every day when I walked down to commercial Street it said 11 minute walk and it was good location. The condo was very nice, just was not as it was described in the words and the owners answer was there was one picture that showed the layout with both bedrooms on the top level although there was another picture with the bedroom on the bottom level so we can debate that.Also, it says in some spots that there’s parking for one car other spots it says for two we were able to tandem park two cars without a problem. It was nice having the Alexa and many of the apps on the TV to watch television. If you wanted to that was not what I was there for, but they were nice features on the rainy days.

Nice place. Very well equipped and close to town center!

It was a great stay. We recommend this to anyone wanting to stay close to Provincetown center.

Perfect spot to stay in Provincetown

Can’t say enough about this property! Clean, well stocked, in a fantastic neighborhood and so quiet. Access to the beach, the grocery store, Commercial Street and more! We will definitely be staying again.

Comfortable and Cozy

Such a great space to relax and feel at home when in Provincetown, especially since we were traveling with a baby for the first time. The location is perfect for getting into town with no hassle, and the house itself is so nice! Can’t wait to rent again!

A great weekend in Provincetown

I stayed here with two friends over a weekend in June. The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet and had everything we needed. The only thing I would warn is that while it's a close walk from the ferry/town, getting there does require walking up hills and cutting through parking lots.

Perfect retreat for our family

We loved staying here! The condo is in a great location - perfect for daily walks into Commercial Street, and for bike rides up to Race Point and Herring Cove beaches. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches: super comfy beds, stocked kitchen, games nook, framed artwork, and even the detailed instructions for the remotes! We would love to rent this place again!

Great Spot

This property is great, clean and well-appointed. Location is good, just a short walk to Commercial. Only issue was a sewage smell in the basement room - might be an issue with the septic system? Overall, we had a great stay!

Nice roomy place very close to everything

Place was great and in an awesome location. The only thing is there seemed to be a leak in a room, tried reaching out to all the contacts listed in the house but no response.

Amazing!!

This house was perfect for my friends and I. Everyone loved the house! It came equipped with everything you can think of!!! Games, speakers, towels, etc. We couldnt get over how perfect this house was. We will deff be renting this house again for next time!

Spacious home/Great location!

The house was big, modern , and loaded with everything you could possibly need! Walk is 10 min to Commercial St. Basement is a bedroom with walk -out to grill . Landscaping could be nicer and hand towels would be nice . More than 1 dishtowel would be great too . Overall we had a great time there and would book again .

Great location, well appointed home

The house is close to the action of Commercial street, and also far enough away to enough the peace and quiet. The house is well furnished, especially the kitchen with high end appliances. We experienced a few cleaning issues and a dishwasher that was not working and couldn't be repaired until after we checked out, that we attribute to labor shortages that are pervasive across the US. We would definitely stay here again if our travels took us to PTown.
